The client of this new build 25 tons per hour aqua feed plant project——Yuehai Feed Co., Ltd., is a national key high-tech feed enterprise that integrates R&D, production, and sales with aquatic animal feed, aquatic seedlings, and additive premix as its main business. Due to the production needs of the customer's fish feed company, on the basis of the original aqua feed factory design, we added unloading procedures for the customer's fish feed mill process, increased fish feed production equipment with bucket elevator, and added bulk bins, oil tanks, unloading workshops, and waste gas for the layout. The treatment facility adds a bag dust removal device to treat the discharge waste gas, adds a biological deodorizing spray purification tower to treat crushing, batching, and mixed waste gas, and adds a waste gas treatment fan.

Water supply and drainage

Power supply

The annual electricity consumption of the 25t/h fish feed mill project is about 18 million kWh, which is supplied by the power grid in the coastal area of ​​Dongtai City.

Heat supply

This 25t/h new build professional design 25t/h fish feed factory project uses 48,000t/a of steam per year for tempering, granulating, puffing, post-curing, and drying processes, which is supplied by the central heating pipe network in the park.

Ventilation system

The ventilation system in the 25t/h fish feed plant production workshop was realized by installing an exhaust air system on the roof of the 42m high production workshop. Install an exhaust air system on the wall of the 7m raw material workshop to realize circulating ventilation in the production workshop.

Storage

This best solution 25t/h aqua feed production factory project will set up 15 silos with a capacity of 3000t to store bulk raw materials, including 5 soybean meal silos, 5 wheat silos, and 5 rapeseed meal silos. Set up 5 vertical oil tanks of 60m3 and 1 vertical oil tank of 30m3 to store soybean oil.

Aqua feed mill process flow

This 25t/h new design high quality aqua feed mill project produces a total of three types of aquatic feeds. Due to the different raw materials and formulas, the types of aquatic products are different, so the aqua feed production process is also different. The following is a detailed description for every aqua feed mill process.
 

Shrimp feed feed production process

  1. Unloading and feeding section
    The bagged raw materials such as flour, fish meal, additives, peanut bran, etc. are unloaded to the raw material workshop and manually put into the feeding port in the raw material workshop. Bulk raw materials such as soybean meal are unloaded to the bulk silo, and the bulk raw materials unloaded to the bulk silo are transported to the silo by the elevator. The raw materials in the bulk bin are directly fed into the crushing system through a closed pipeline.
  2. Elementary smash section
    Pellets such as meal and peanut bran have a large particle size and need to be crushed.
  3. Ingredients and mixing section
    According to the product formula requirements, the computer controls the quantitative weighing of various raw materials, and sends them to the mixer for mixing;
  4. Fine crushing section
    The mixed raw materials are sent to the ultrafine pulverizer for fine pulverization;
  5. Second level mixing section
    The finely pulverized raw materials are fed into the shrimp feed mixer and added to the grease for secondary mixing;
  6. Conditioning and pelleting section
    The temperature of the raw material (10% water content) is adjusted by steam to reach 80~85℃, and the water content is 13%, and then granulated by the granulating machine;
  7. Drying section
    The pellets just extruded from the shrimp feed pelletizer have a moisture content of up to 20% and a temperature of about 80°C. The pellets in this state are fragile and unsuitable for storage and transportation. Therefore, the pellets are dried by indirect heating with steam. , So that its moisture content will reach 13%, making the pellets harder and easier to store and transport;
  8. Cooling section of section
    The dried pellets are cooled by a fan to close to room temperature, with a water content of 10%;
  9. Classification and packaging section
    The cooled feed is screened, classified and packaged by a high square sieve, and the finished product is put into storage.

    The temperature of the raw material (10% water content) is adjusted to 80~85℃ and the water content is 13% by steam, and then granulated by the fish feed pelleting machine;
  7. Post-curing section
    The pellets just extruded from the fish food pellet machine have a moisture content of up to 20% and a temperature of about 80°C. The pellets are insulated by steam (not in direct contact) in the curing machine to improve the maturation degree of the pellets;
  8. Drying section
    The freshly matured feed from the maturing machine has a moisture content of up to 20% and a temperature of about 80°C. The feed in this state is fragile and is not suitable for storage and transportation. Therefore, the pellets are dried by indirect heating with steam and air. The moisture content is close to 13%, which makes the pellets hard and easy to store and transport;
  9. Cooling section
    The dried pellets are cooled by a fan to close to room temperature, with a water content of 10%;
  10. Classification and packaging section
    The cooled feed is screened, classified and packaged by a high square sieve, and the finished product is put into storage.
