The pet and fish feed mill workers use forklifts to transport various raw materials to the feeding port, use scissors to remove the raw material packages and unpack them, and then put the soybean meal and other materials into the feeding port, pass horizontally and vertically, and pass through the preliminary cleaning sieve to remove impurities.
After iron removal, it enters the pre-mixing silo, and other powdery raw materials enter the batching silo after removing impurities and iron. After the initial cleaning and cleaning of raw materials needed for fish pet feed production, it will enter the premix mixing section.
Before pet feed production and aquatic feed production, the raw materials need to be de-ironed and impurity removed. According to the information provided by the customer, the impurity content in the raw materials is mainly controlled at about 0.5%. The raw materials used in the 4t/h high return pet fish feed mill project need to be de-ironed and impurity-removed. The fish pet feed factory raw material is 14900t/a, and the resulting cleaning impurities are 74.5t/a, which will be collected and sold.
Powdered raw materials (soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cotton meal, flour, fish meal, corn meal) will produce dust during the aqua pet feed mill feeding process, and 19,700 tons of powdered raw materials per year (including 16,400 tons of powdered raw materials for aquatic feed; feed for pets) The total process is 3300 tons) into the first stage of the pet fish feed mill feeding process.
There are 4 pre-mixed bins with a total bin capacity of 80m³. According to the weight of the raw materials in the pet and floating fish feed mill formula, through the central control system, accurate ingredients, weighed, enter the pet fish feed mixer, stirred and transported to the primary crushing bin. After the cotton meal pre-mixing section, it enters the coarse crushing section.
There are 4 one-time crushing bins (2 reserved), with a total storage capacity of 80m³; the pet food fish feed mill plant crushing system (one reserved) is used to crush the meal. The crushed raw materials are lifted and distributed into various batching bins. The raw material (wheat) needs to be mixed with powdered raw materials (premix, rapeseed meal, soybean meal, cotton meal, etc.) after the primary coarse crushing process, and then crushed for the second time.
In this section of 100t/d fish pet feed processing plant, 3000 tons of grained raw materials (wheat) are coarsely crushed (including 2000 tons/year of aquatic processing wheat and 1000 tons/year of pet feed processing wheat).
Ingredient mixing is the core of the 30000 tons advanced pet and fish feed factory. This customized automatic 4 tons per hour pet and fish feed manufacturing plant project has 20 batching bins with a volume of 320 cubic meters. They enter the 2 batching weighing system through their respective outlet machines. The premix is directly added to the mixer through the manual addition port.
The grease adding machine adopts a weighing liquid adding system, which automatically sprays the liquid into the fish pet animal feed mixer, mixes evenly and reaches the national standard, and then puts it into the buffer bucket to enter the next feed mill process. The system is automatically controlled by the computer.
There are 4 secondary crushing bins (1 reserved), and the total bin capacity is 80m³ to meet the 3-4 hours consumption of the animal feed grinder; the feed mill pet feed crushing system will feed the materials into the secondary ingredient waiting mixing bin through the air delivery system. The secondary crushing mainly crushes all materials (excluding minerals and oil materials), of which 27,100 tons/year of powder materials enter the secondary crushing bin.
4 secondary batching buffer bins (1 reserved), with a volume of 80 cubic meters, enter the batching scale hopper to weigh through the respective outlet machines, and the premix is directly added to the mixer through the manual addition port and configured checking system; the grease adding machine adopts a weighing liquid adding system, which automatically sprays the liquid into the feed mixer and mixes it evenly and reaches the national standard, then puts it into the buffer hopper to enter the granulation bin and wait for puffing.
6 granulating bins (4 reserved), each with a volume of about 20 cubic meters. The granulation is operated by professional operators on site. The granulated material is stabilized, cooled, crushed and sieved After that, the qualified finished products are screened out and then enter the pet fish feed mill packing warehouse.
Since the finished product will be sieved after cooling, the sieved material is the inferior product that does not meet the specifications for reuse and reprocessing. Steam boilers are intended to be used for treatment of water vapor, and natural gas is required for heating during the use of gas boilers.
The 2500 ton per month factory offered automatic running aqua fish feed pet food production plant project is equipped with a 1t/h pressurized steam boiler (the project uses a load of 0.9t/h) for production steam supply. The boiler of the latest technology high quality pet fish feed plant project runs for 24 hours a day, 7200 hours a year, and an annual supply of 6480t/a. In the process of steam supply and use, the steam is in direct contact with the material and is not recycled.
The finished products enter the corresponding finished product warehouse. There are 7 finished products (reserved 4) each about 16 cubic meters, and the finished products are packaged by an automatic packaging scale.
