  1. Septic tank:

  6. Hazardous waste temporary storage room:
    Hazardous solid waste generated in the laboratory is temporarily stored in a hazardous waste temporary storage cabinet in the laboratory, and is regularly transported to qualified units for safe disposal.
    Waste engine oil, oil-containing labor protection supplies, etc. generated in the workshop are It belongs to hazardous waste.

  3. Wheat middlings:
    Also known as black flour, yellow flour, lower or third-class flour, etc., it is a by-product of wheat processing. It is mainly composed of fine bran crumbs and part of wheat endosperm. It is made from wheat grains as raw materials after grinding various flours.
    One of the by-products obtained. It is rich in protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, etc., contains about 30% starch, and is very nutritious. Generally speaking, the amount of secondary flour is 4% of the total wheat grain.
  4. Premix:
    It is the abbreviation of additive premixed feed. It is a homogeneous mixture made by mixing various types of feed additives with carriers or diluents according to the formula and actual requirements.

  1. Raw material reception and cleaning

    The crushing is carried out in a closed crusher, and the dust is processed by a bag dust collector; the crushing equipment is equipped with a shock-absorbing foundation and a muffler.
  3. Ingredients and mixing section
    According to the formula requirements of aquatic products, various raw materials participating in the ingredients are weighed and entered into the mixer in turn.
  4. Ultra-fine grinding section
    Because the finer the particles, the larger their surface area, the larger the contact area between the digestive juice and them, thereby improving the digestibility of the feed and increasing its nutritional return.
  5. Secondary mixing section
    Mix the ultrafinely pulverized raw materials again. The mixing process is carried out in a closed mixer, and the main pollutant is mixing equipment noise.
  6. Extrusion and drying section
    The extrusion section mainly introduces the boiler steam into the floating fish feed machine through the steam pipe, and heats and expands the secondary mixed raw and auxiliary materials. Part of the steam enters the material and part of the water vapor is returned.
  7. Drying section
    After the material is expanded in the extrusion section, it is loaded into the fish feed dryer for electric drying treatment. The moisture content of the material after drying is about 2%.
  8. Cooling section
    After this extrusion and drying process is completed, the feed are sent to the cooling machine for cooling treatment. This section is mainly a closed production, and the production process is controlled through the control center.
  9. Double feed packaging section
    Packaged and stored in warehouse, and qualified products are stored for sale or shipment. If it is found through monitoring that the feed does not meet the relevant national standards, it will be sent to a sanitary landfill for destruction as general industrial solid waste.
    The crushing section, batching mixing section, ultra-fine grinding section and secondary mixing section of this 8t/h trout fish feed production line in Russia project are all carried out in the production equipment.
    There is no open mixing process, and this project is equipped with a gas collection + dust removal system at the relevant positions of each process and equipment. After dust removal treatment, the amount of odor generated is relatively small, and the exhaust gas is mainly dust.

Environmental protection measures

Wastewater

The amount of domestic sewage produced is 790.4m3/a (2.63m3/d). The sewage is discharged into the built chemical plant next to the office building. The cesspools are used for treatment, and the domestic sewage after treatment is removed and used as agricultural fertilizer.

Exhaust gas
