This 2*10t/h fish feed & 5t/h shrimp feed mill in India project mainly produces 150,000 tons of poultry and livestock feed per year, 10,000 tons of high-grade shrimp feed per year, and 40,000 tons of high-grade extruded fish feed per year.

Brief description of the overall animal aqua fish shrimp feed production process:

  1. Raw material receiving system:
    Design three feeding ports, and set up a bag dust removal system to improve the working environment.
  2. Coarse crushing system:
    Design three hammer mill crushers to coarsely crush all raw materials to improve the efficiency of ultrafine powder.
  3. Primary batching mixing system:
    The batching system is designed with 18 batching bins, equipped with mixers and batching scales, and the mixers are equipped with return air systems.
  4. Clean the (ultra-fine) grinding system:
    Design 4 sets of 150-type ultra-fine grinders to crush shrimp feed and puffed fish feed, small pellet feed and high-grade floating fish pellet feed. The grinding fineness is higher. The use of ultra-fine grinding can improve the feed quality.
  5. Secondary batching mixing system:
    One batching system is designed for secondary batching. Fish feed and shrimp feed are mixed twice to improve the uniformity of ultra-finely crushed materials. The mixer is equipped with a return air system to reduce the impact of negative pressure in the mixer on the batching accuracy. In this section, grease can be added to increase the grease content of the finished product.
  6. Pelleting and maturation:
    Pelleting is the process of compacting the mixed powder through mechanical action and extruding it out of the die holes to form granular feed. The powdery raw materials in the granulation bin enter the conditioner through the feeder at the bottom of the bin.
    At the same time, steam will also flow into the conditioner. After the raw materials come into contact with high-temperature steam, the temperature rises rapidly to 78-83°C, and the moisture content rises to about 16.5%.
    After the raw materials are conditioned, they become soft due to the absorption of heat and moisture in the steam, which is conducive to granulation and forming.
    At the same time, after high-temperature treatment, most harmful microorganisms in the raw materials have been killed and the raw materials have matured, which is beneficial to reducing animal morbidity and improving the digestion and absorption rate of feed.
  7. Extrusion and drying system:
    Choose a bedroom dryer. This aqua fish feed dryer is the latest type of dryer machine. It has the characteristics of high drying efficiency, energy saving, low failure rate; uniform moisture; stable drying temperature and other characteristics.
  8. Screening and spraying system:
    Use roller spraying, spraying evenly, no flowers and scraps, no waste, controllable, no pollution to the workshop environment.
  9. Cooling and crumbling:
    The cylindrical feed enters the counterflow pellet cooler and is cooled by air. The temperature of the cooled feed is controlled within the range of ambient temperature +5.5°C. The cooled pellet feed has a large particle size and is not suitable for direct consumption by animals. It needs to be crushed by a pellet crumbler first.
  10. Screening and finished product packaging system:
    The crumbled feed enters the screening machine for screening, the feed with qualified particle size goes to the finished product warehouse, and the feed with too large and too small particle size is recycled. Qualified finished products enter the automatic packaging system for weighing and packaging.
