This project uses the existing workshop to produce feed. The construction period is mainly the installation of some equipment, and the cycle is relatively short. The main products of this project are pet dog feed and fish feed, with an annual output of 1,000 tons. The production process of the two feeds is the same, but the raw material ratio is different.

The raw materials are crushed, and then various raw materials are put into the mixer in proportion and mixed with water. After mixing evenly, they are sent to the single screw extruder for puffing. The puffed materials are put into the microwave dryer conveyor belt, and after drying, they are lifted to the cooling silo. After cooling, they enter the screening machine. The qualified materials after screening are bagged and stored according to specifications.
