This 10-15t/h large grass alfalfa pellet production line in Argentina project will build a new standardized plant with an area of 8460m2 and purchase an alfalfa feed processing production line from RICHI MACHINERY as the first phase of this project; the second phase will still use this large plant.

The raw material storage is located on the west and middle of the leased workshop, and the finished product storage is located on the east side of the new workshop; a logistics channel is set up on the east and west sides of the workshop for the transportation of raw materials and products. In this 10-15t/h large grass alfalfa pellet production line in Argentina project, the customer uses clean and mixed alfalfa hay, corn and other raw materials to process alfalfa pellets through conveying, pelleting, cooling, screening, packaging and other processes.

1. Conveying:
   The alfalfa, corn, bran, and protein raw materials purchased by the project are all crushed powders. After entering the site, no further crushing and processing is required. The purchased fine materials are conveyed to the grass pellet machine by the elevator for pelleting.
2. Pelletizing:
   The alfalfa pellet making machine is a key equipment of the alfalfa ruminant feed production line. According to customer needs, the alfalfa pellet machine is adjusted. The raw materials contain a certain amount of lignin and cellulose. Lignin is a structural monomer in the material and a high molecular compound. It has the function of strengthening cell walls and bonding cellulose.
   Lignin is a non-crystalline, and the main part is insoluble in any solvent at room temperature. It has no melting point, but has a softening point. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the softening and bonding force of lignin increases.
   Under a certain pressure, the cellulose molecular groups are dislocated, deformed, and extended. The adjacent biomass grass pellet inside are interlocked, recombined and pressed into shape. The temperature during granulation should be controlled at 80-100 degrees Celsius.
   The produced alfalfa pellets have increased palatability. At the same time, the pellets can be soaked in warm water for 2-3 hours without breaking, so they are particularly suitable for cattle rumination.
   The diameter of the pellets for sheep is 4-6 mm, and the diameter of the pellets for cattle is 6-8 mm. The size of the pellets depends on the size of the mold hole. Select the mold according to the needs, start the machine, add the material to the feed hopper, and you can produce pellet feed.
3. Packaging and finished product storage:
   The products are packaged and stored for sale.

Water supply

The water for the 10-15t/h large grass alfalfa pellet production line in Argentina project is supplied by the municipal tap water network. There is no production water for this project, and the water is mainly used for office and living water.

The labor quota of this project is 40 people. Calculated based on the water consumption of 30L per person per day, the total water consumption for living water is about 1.2m3/d, that is, 360m3/a. According to the Environmental Statistics Manual, the drainage volume of domestic sewage is 80% of the water consumption, so the amount of domestic sewage generated is about 0.96m3/d, that is, 288m3/a (the annual working days are calculated as 300 days). Office domestic sewage is collected by septic tanks and regularly cleaned as fertilizer for nearby farmland.

Drainage

Rainwater: The rainwater and sewage diversion system is implemented in the factory area. Rainwater is collected by the existing factory rainwater pipe network and discharged into nearby ditches.

Wastewater: No water is consumed in the production process, and no production wastewater is discharged. Office domestic sewage is treated by septic tanks. There is no domestic sewage discharged in the factory area of this project.

Power supply

Electricity: The electricity used in this 10-15t/h large grass alfalfa pellet production line in Argentina project is uniformly supplied by the municipal power grid, with an annual electricity consumption of 1 million kW·h;

Water: The water used in this project is supplied by the municipal tap water pipe network, with an annual water consumption of 360t.
