Brief description of the process:
The raw materials of the animal feed factory in Senegal project mainly include bulk raw materials such as wheat, corn, meal and powdered materials such as salt. All raw materials are bagged raw materials and are temporarily stored in the raw material warehouse after purchase. Raw materials such as wheat, corn, meal and other raw materials need to be crushed, while powdered materials such as salt do not need to be crushed.
The Senegal fish livestock feed production line project uses a set of feeding systems to feed separately. Raw materials such as salt are manually unpacked and then fed from the feeding hopper and feeding fence by manual feeding; wheat, corn and other raw materials are directly fed from the feeding hopper and feeding fence.
After the raw materials are added, they are lifted by the scraper conveyor and elevator and enter the next process. After being screened by the cylindrical primary screen and magnetically separated by the permanent magnetic drum, the granular material enters the pulverizing bin.
The primary screen is mainly used to remove some large impurities, and the magnetic separation is mainly used to remove some magnetic impurities in the raw materials to protect the safety of equipment and feed; the powder that does not need to be pulverized enters the batching bin directly after being screened by the cone powder screen and magnetically separated by the permanent magnetic drum.
The raw materials are transported by the batching auger according to the formula quantity and batching sequence set by the system, and enter the batching scale for cumulative measurement.
Small materials are added from the small material port through the small material adding machine, and the two are mixed together in the feed mixer. The mixing is mainly carried out by a double-shaft paddle high-efficiency mixer. After the materials enter the mixer, the mechanical action of the paddles gradually mixes the materials evenly.
The animal feed factory in Senegal project products include powder and granules. After the ingredients are mixed, the powder product can be obtained, and the powder product directly enters the finished product warehouse; after the ingredients are mixed, the granule product can be obtained after the granulation process.
The Senegal animal feed processing plant project adopts the method of hot granulation by passing steam into the feed warehouse. The granulation process uses steam modulation. The project uses a biomass boiler to provide the steam required for pelleting. The required temperature is about 150°C.
The project is continuous granulation and continuous heating steam. Granulation is mainly to improve palatability, increase feed digestibility, reduce animal picky eating, avoid automatic grading of feed ingredients, and kill salmonella in animal feed.
After the material is pressed by animal feed pellet machine, it enters each point of the cooling tower evenly through the air lock and the distributor. The cooling tower cools and dries the material by counterwind drying, and automatically discharges the material through material level sensing. Cooling is a physical process that reduces the moisture content inside and outside the feed to the qualified moisture range.
The cooled granular finished products enter the flat rotary grading screen through the elevator to complete the three-level sieving. The qualified finished products in the middle enter the finished product warehouse, and the powdered materials under the sieve are re-entered into the animal feed granulator for granulation. The upper sieve materials (mainly materials that stick together due to insufficient drying) are returned to the cooling and drying system for cooling and drying.
The products in the finished product warehouse are divided into bulk and bagged parts. Bulk products are directly transported by buyers in tank trucks. Bagged finished products are packaged and stored after being graded by the vibrating screen.
Powdered finished products that do not require granulation directly enter the finished product warehouse after completing the third process (ingredient mixing), and are packaged and stored after vibrating screening. The vibration screening of powdered materials is mainly to remove powder lumps. The lumps are collected and directly returned to the mixing system for reprocessing.
