This is a large-scale dairy cow feed plant in Russia project and the 21st livestock feed factory we have built in Russia. The 20-30 t/h automatic cow feed plant in Russia project uses the company's original land and factory buildings for transformation and production. The cattle feed production line project land covers an area of 18196.3m2 and the construction area is 17480m2. The main construction contents of the project are detailed in the table below:

The 20-30 t/h automatic cow feed plant in Russia project has an annual output of 150,000 tons of dairy feed, including high-yield feed, low-yield feed, finishing feed, and perinatal feed. The feed ratios for each growth period are slightly different.
The cattle feed plant project uses the largest comprehensive high-yield feed ratio as the base to calculate raw and auxiliary materials. Consumption, main raw and auxiliary materials and energy consumption are shown in the table below:

When producing compound feed for dairy cows, the customer company selects feed raw materials (corn, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, etc.) and additives and organizes production in strict accordance with the "Feed Raw Material Catalog" and "Feed Additive Variety Catalog" stipulated by the Russian government to ensure that dairy cows Quality requirements for compound feed.
