Construction Content

The 20-30 t/h automatic cow feed plant in Russia project uses the company's original land and factory buildings for transformation and production. The cattle feed production line project land covers an area of 18196.3m2 and the construction area is 17480m2. The main construction contents of the project are detailed in the table below:

Raw and auxiliary materials and energy consumption

The 20-30 t/h automatic cow feed plant in Russia project has an annual output of 150,000 tons of dairy feed, including high-yield feed, low-yield feed, finishing feed, and perinatal feed. The feed ratios for each growth period are slightly different.

The cattle feed plant project uses the largest comprehensive high-yield feed ratio as the base to calculate raw and auxiliary materials. Consumption, main raw and auxiliary materials and energy consumption are shown in the table below:

When producing compound feed for dairy cows, the customer company selects feed raw materials (corn, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, etc.) and additives and organizes production in strict accordance with the "Feed Raw Material Catalog" and "Feed Additive Variety Catalog" stipulated by the Russian government to ensure that dairy cows Quality requirements for compound feed.

20-30T/H cow feed production Process flow description

Customers purchase raw materials that meet production requirements and store them in raw material warehouses or silos for later use. The factory is equipped with raw material warehouses and raw material simple silos.

The raw material silos are mainly used to store corn, canola meal, and soybean meal. The raw material warehouse is used for storing corn, canola meal, and soybean meal. Store salt, stone powder, baking soda and other additives.

  1. First, the purchased granular and lumpy raw materials (such as corn, canola meal, soybean meal) are manually put into the feeding hopper, and then lifted to the feeding port through the conveyor, and then screened by the primary cleaning screen, and then sent into The warehouse to be crushed.
  2. After being crushed by the pulverizer, the crushed raw materials are transported to the batching bin through the bucket elevator.
  3. Then prepare the powdery materials (such as salt, baking soda, premixes, additives, etc.). In this process, the materials are first conditioned by the conditioner, and then the air supply system ( Steam generator) passes appropriate steam into it to soften the raw materials (maintaining the temperature at 65~700C).
  4. Then add these materials according to the preset feed formula requirements, use a specific batching measurement system, feed and weigh different types of raw materials, and send the prepared materials to the mixing equipment for stirring and mixing, and then enter the system. The cattle feed pellet machine produces pelleted feed that meets qualified product standards.
  5. The granulated finished products are cooled by the cattle feed pellets cooler and then sent to the finished product warehouse. Products that pass the inspection are filled into woven bags through the packaging system, and then sent to the sewing machine for sealing and sent to the finished product warehouse for sale.

The overall layout of the production workshop is relatively simple, mainly including the feed production workshop, warehouse, steam generator room, and office building. It is basically based on the production process and operation requirements.

The material flow is smooth and complies with relevant regulations such as fire prevention, safety, and hygiene. Environmental protection measures

The environmental protection measures adopted by this 20-30 t/h automatic cow feed plant in Russia project are as follows:

  Domestic wastewater is treated in a septic tank (1, 5m3) and then fertilized for agricultural use without discharge.
Exhaust gas treatment The steam generator smoke adopts low-nitrogen combustion or SCR denitrification technology and is discharged through the 8m exhaust pipe (DA001)
After the dust in the feeding process is processed by the gas collection + bag dust collector, it is discharged through the 15m exhaust pipe (DA002)
After the dust in the initial cleaning process is processed by the pulse bag dust collector, it is discharged through the 15m exhaust pipe (DA003)
After the dust from the crushing and mixing process is processed by the pulse bag dust collector, it is discharged through the 15m exhaust pipe (DA004)
After the dust in the granulation process is processed by the pulse bag dust collector, it is discharged through the 15m exhaust pipe (DA005)
After the dust in the packaging process is processed by the pulse bag dust collector, it is discharged through the 15m exhaust pipe (DA006)
