During the operation period of the dairy feed mill in Mexico project, the products processed in the plant area are premixes, compound materials and flaked corn. The process flow is as follows:
The purchased raw materials, vitamins, trace elements, etc. of the dairy feed mill in Mexico project are unloaded to the grain unloading shed; then transported to the stainless steel powder sieve and permanent magnetic cylinder by bucket elevator for cleaning to remove impurities; then transported to the batching bin by distributor, weighed and transported to the mixer in proportion for full mixing; weighed and packaged by automatic packaging scale.
In the flaked corn production process of this dairy feed mill in Mexico project, the corn is lifted and cleaned before entering the silo, and 8-10% water is added for 12-18 hours to allow the water to penetrate into the corn. The corn is then put into a stainless steel steamer and heated with 100-110℃ steam for 40-60 minutes.
Finally, the preheated flaking machine presses the soaked corn into corn flakes with a specific bulk density of 320-360g/L. After drying and cooling, it is the finished product. It is automatically weighed by an automatic packaging scale, transported and sewn into packages, and then entered into the finished product warehouse.
