After the equipment was delivered, the customer hired a professional installation team to assemble the equipment according to the installation drawings provided by RICHI Machinery.
The installation progress was slow, but the equipment installation accuracy was not rough. On the contrary, there was more time for communication and discussion, and the best solution was selected for each detail installation, laying a good foundation for the subsequent equipment joint debugging and testing.
The process flow mainly includes fully automatic batching storage group, primary mixing, coarse crushing, fine crushing, secondary mixing, premix storage, puffing, drying, vacuum spraying, cooling, finished product storage, packaging, palletizing and other main processes.
This pet food processing plant in Indonesia project mainly uses corn, rice, meat and other raw materials, and completes the finished product through batching, feeding and crushing, mixing, puffing, drying, cooling, oil spraying, cooling, and packaging. The following is the process flow customized by RICHI engineers according to customer needs:
The purchased raw materials are all cleaned raw materials without impurities, so the raw materials do not need to be cleaned. Corn and rice are directly transported to the batching bin by the elevator and weighed according to a certain ratio.
The materials prepared in proportion are sent to the crusher for crushing. Dust will be generated during the process. After pulse dust removal, they enter the mixing process. Meats such as chicken, beef liver, and fish are sent to the meat grinder for crushing, and then sent to the reactor for steaming.
The crushed raw materials, meat powder and protein powder are put into the mixer through the gate for uniform mixing. The purpose of mixing is to evenly distribute the various raw material components and avoid nutrient segregation. The mixing time should be determined according to the feed requirements and mixing conditions.
The materials are extruded after crushing. The extrusion process is divided into two steps: conditioning and granulation. First, steam is introduced into the pet food extruder for conditioning. The steam of this project is provided by the alcohol-based steam boiler (2th).
The purpose of conditioning is to condition the mixed dry powder into a powdered feed with a certain moisture content and humidity that is conducive to granulation.
After conditioning, the material is evenly distributed between the roller and the die, and is pressed into the extrusion area by the feeding area. It is clamped into the die hole by the roller and continuously extruded and separated to form a columnar feed. As the die rotates, it is cut into granular feed by the cutter fixed outside the die.
After the material is extruded by the pet feed extruder, it forms soft particles (water content is 25% to 30%). In order to reduce the breakage of the particles, this project adopts pneumatic conveying and enters the pet feed mesh belt dryer for drying to reduce the moisture content of the material to about 13%.
The purpose of cooling is to reduce the temperature of the material to the safe range of the product.
In order to enhance the palatability and flavor of the product, the oil is placed in the selected cylindrical turntable and the mist liquid is sprayed on the surface of the product.
A conveyor belt or metering device with a weighing device measures the amount of oil entering to ensure the accurate oil composition of the product. There is usually a heat source under the turntable to keep the oil from solidifying.
The purpose of cooling is to reduce the temperature of the material to the safe range of the product.
After cooling, the material becomes the finished product. The finished product enters the packaging scale by opening the pneumatic door. After automatic metering and discharging, the bag is automatically loosened and the packaging car can be loaded.
The overall area of the pet food processing plant in Indonesia project is rectangular, and the overall plane layout is mainly divided into two functional areas: production area and comprehensive office area.
From east to west, they are comprehensive office area, raw material warehouse, production area, boiler room, and finished product warehouse is located in the southwest. This project is located in the west of the factory.
