The client originally had a sheep feed production line. After 8 years of operation, the production line could no longer operate normally and often broke down. After several months of research, the client contacted us directly to customize this sheep feed pellet production line for you. All the equipment was also designed and manufactured by us.
According to the use of feed equipment in RICHI's past projects, the production line of this project will have an operating life of at least 15 years. (Currently, the maximum service life of our equipment has reached 25 years.)
The sheep feed pelletizer currently used in this project is a grass feed pelletizer, but at this stage, the customer's formula is all grains, sometimes ingredients such as beet pulp are added.. In the later operation process, the formula type will be increased and grass raw materials will be added. The current number of employees in this sheep feed mill plant in France project is 20, working 8 hours per shift, two shifts, and working 300 days a year.
