Construction content and scale

The TMR feed mill factory in Canada project uses existing factory buildings and office areas for production. At present, some equipment has been installed, and the construction period is mainly for equipment installation.

Brief introduction to Canada TMR feed production process flow

The process flow of concentrated feed and compound feed TMR in this TMR feed mill factory in Canada project is as follows:

  1. Put the purchased grain grain (mainly corn and bran) into the feed port, and convey it to the primary cleaning screen through the closed screw conveyor and closed bucket elevator for impurity removal.
    The material after primary cleaning is then removed by permanent magnetic cylinder for iron removal, and the material after iron removal enters the pulverizer through the pneumatic gate for crushing.
    The crushed grain is distributed by the closed screw conveyor and closed bucket elevator through the distributor and enters the primary batching bin.
  2. Put the purchased powdered grain into the feed port, and convey it to the powdered primary cleaning screen through the closed screw conveyor and closed bucket elevator for impurity removal.
    The powdered grain after primary cleaning is then removed by permanent magnetic cylinder for iron removal and distributed by the distributor and enters the primary batching bin. The material in the primary batching bin enters the single-shaft mixer through the closed screw conveyor fan and pneumatic gate.
  3. Molasses and core materials are added to the feeding port, conveyed to the single-shaft mixer through the pneumatic gate, and mixed with the grain materials added in the primary batching bin.
  4. The mixed materials are partially sent to the finished product bin 1 through the distributor (this part is the concentrated feed), and then weighed by the packaging scale and sent to the automatic packaging machine for packaging and sale; part of it is sent to the secondary batching bin and sent to the closed mixer through the closed screw conveyor.
  5. The silage raw materials are shoveled into the feeding port with a forklift, conveyed to the closed mixer through the belt, and a small amount of microbial agents are added to mix with the materials put into the mixer in the secondary batching bin.
  6. The mixed materials are sent to the finished product bin 2 (this part is the compound feed TMR) through the closed conveyor belt, and are distributed by the distributor and sent to the automatic packaging machine for packaging and sale.
