Today I will share with you a new aqua fish feed production business plan. This is a new technology 15t/h aqua fish feed plant project located in Nantong, China. The automatic running 15 tons per hour aqua feed plant project covers a total area of 75,133 m2 (approximately 112.7 acres), with a total construction area of 46,102 m2. The main construction content of the 15t/h aqua feed mill includes: production rooms, storage rooms, office rooms, auxiliary rooms, and greening and lighting projects.
The total investment of this aqua fish feed manufacturing project is 150 million yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 8.4 million yuan, accounting for 5.6% of the total investment. 6 newly-built aquatic feed production lines, including 2 crab and shrimp feed plant lines, 2 fish feed production lines and extruded fish feed production lines. After the 15tph aqua fish feed mill projec is completed, it is expected to form an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of aquatic feed.
This 15t/h commercial aqua feed factory project newly builds aquatic products workshop, raw material workshop, finished product workshop, canteen, dormitory and other structures, with a total construction area of 46,102 m2. The construction of the main structures is shown in the following table:

The aqua feed plant layout of the 15tph super quality feed mill project is divided into production area, power area and office and living area according to functional partitions. It not only meets the requirements of the production process, but also beautifies the environment.
The southern part of the 15 tons aqua feed factory is the office and living area, with R&D buildings, canteens, dormitories, parking lots, etc., and the northern part of the aqua feed plant is the production area, with silo area, raw material warehouse, production workshop, finished product warehouse, etc., and the power area is located in the office, living area and aqua feed production area. Between the districts, there are a boiler room, a pump room, and a fire-fighting pool.
The 15t/h aqua feed manufacturing plant project is fully greened on both sides of the roads in the aqua fish feed factory area and around the buildings, and focus on greening in the open space and entrance of the aqua feed factory area, planting suitable trees and flowers to create a civilized production environment.

This professional aqua feed mill project mainly produces shrimp and crab feed, fish feed and extruded aqua feed. The front-end feed production process of shrimp and crab feed, fish feed and extruded feed is the same. During production, various raw materials are first put into the silo, and then pass the metering system according to the set ratio requirements. The batching system, mixing system, metering, material conveying and batching processes are all automated and closed.
The 15 tons per hour autmatic aqua feed plant project has a silo area, a raw material workshop, a production workshop and a finished product workshop. The silo area uses a skateboard elevator to transport the raw materials to the silo. The raw material workshop is used to store various bagged materials, and the silo raw materials are transported by a skateboard elevator.
To the feed pellet production line, the raw materials in the raw material workshop are transported to the feed production line by manual feeding, each section of the aqua feed pellet production line is transported by mechanical means, the ultra-fine grinding section is transported by pneumatics, and the finished products are sent to the finished product workshop by mechanical transport.

The aquatic workshop of the first phase of this latest technology high quality aquatic feed pellet production line project mainly produces shrimp and crab feed and fish feed. The fish feed production process is similar to that of shrimp and crab feed. Compared with the crab shrimp feed processing plant, there is no need to seal the pelleted feed during the fish feed making process. Maturation, drying, cooling, crushing and packaging directly after granulation.
