After the feed materials such as corn, bean cypress, corn stalks, straw, etc. are passed through the sensory and laboratory analysis, they are fed into the feed grinder through the feeding port for pulverization by screw conveying. The poultry feed grinder is airtight, and dust is generated during the pulverization process. It is then transported to the batching bin by the elevator and conveyor, and is proportioned according to the production requirements.
After proportioning, it is transported to the feed mixer for mixing (mixing uniformity ≤7%). After the mixing is complete, it is transported to the fish feed extruder and fish feed extruder granulator for expansion, The process of fish feed mill puffing and pelletizing uses steam for heating and puffing without adding additives such as puffing agents. After pelletizing is completed, it is transported to the finished product warehouse for packaging and packaging using automatic packaging.
