The customer of this low cost high return 8t/h wood pellet factory for agricultural and forestry waste project, Anhui Yuandong Biomass Fuel Co., Ltd., invested 5 million yuan (785,000 USD) to build a 100,000-ton biomass pellet fuel production project located in Xinhe Town Industrial Park, Anhui Province, China.
In November 2017, the company used self-purchased factory to purchase wood biomass agricultural and forestry waste manufacturing equipment such as feeding screw conveyors and biomass rice husk sawdust straw wood pellet machines. The 8 ton per hour agriculture waste biomass wood pellet factory project is constructed in two phases.
The low investment 8 tons per hour agricultural and forestry waste wood pellet factory project has a labor quota of 10 people, an annual effective production of 300 days, an 8-hour work day during the day, and a total of 2,400 hours of production throughout the year.
It can be calculated that the output of the agricultural and forestry waste wood pellet factory is 42 tons per hour, 8333 tons per month, 333 tons per day. However, the customer's wood pellet factory project is constructed in two phases, so the output of the first phase of the wood pellet factory project we undertook is 8 tons per hour.
In addition, the customer's total investment for the good quality rice husk stalk biomass wood pellet factory is 5 million yuan (785,000 USD), and the wood pellet factory equipment investment for the first phase of the project is about 200,000 USD.

The 8 tons hr industrial straw rice husk sawdust wood pellet factory project is produced by purchasing raw materials such as sawdust, straw and rice husk that meet the requirements of direct granulation processing. The first phase of the 8tph wood pellet factory project has no crushing and drying processes.
The raw materials are stored in the wood pellet factory workshop, and the raw materials are automatically transported to the rice husk sawdust straw granulator through the feeding auger. The raw materials are compressed and molded in the rice husk sawdust straw granulator and stored in the wood pellet factory warehouse.
After the feed auger sucks in the raw materials from the raw material room, they are transported to the biomass wood pellet machine in a closed manner, and the wood pellet factory process is dust-free production. Dust mainly comes from the wood pelletizer equipment granulation process.
