3. Check whether the tightness of the pulley belt is proper and whether the motor shaft and the hammer mill shaft are parallel.

4. Before starting the grinding machine, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer and rotor are running flexibly and reliably, whether there is a collision in the shell, and whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the machine. Whether the lubrication is good.

5. Do not replace the belt wheel casually, in case the rotation speed is too high to cause explosion in the crushing chamber, or the rotation speed is too low to affect the work efficiency.

7. Pay attention to the operation of the grinding machine at any time during work, and the feeding should be uniform to prevent blocking of stuffy cars, and do not run overload for a long time. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature of the bearing and the body, and outward spraying are found, stop the machine immediately and check the fault before continuing the work.

8. Operators should not wear gloves. They should stand on the side of the grinder when feeding to prevent debris from rebounding and hurting the face.

9. When clogging occurs, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly feed or remove feed with hands or sticks.
