This project is to make use of waste resources and process waste resource rice husks into shaped biomass particles. The shaped biomass particles have the advantages of easy storage, transportation, convenient use, high combustion efficiency, clean and environmental protection. After the project is completed and put into production, it will solve the problem of inconvenient transportation of rice husks, increase jobs, promote local economic development, and have good economic and social benefits.
Large-scale Rice Husk Production Line Project
Project Investment: The total investment is 12 million RMB, including 150,000 RMB in environmental protection investment. All funds are raised by the company
This project is located in Xinyue Village, Lanxi Town, Heshan District, Yiyang City. It leases the existing new workshops and builds 8 new molding biomass pellet production line with a production scale of 40,000 tons/year. The plant of this project mainly includes a raw material warehouse and a production workshop. The building area is 1200m2, of which the raw material warehouse is 30m×15m×15m (length, width and height), and the production workshop is 30m×25m×20m (length, width and height). The construction content of this project consists of main engineering, storage and transportation engineering, public engineering, environmental protection engineering, and supporting engineering and other composition.

According to the information provided by the builder, the annual consumption of raw materials for the project is approximately 43,200 tons. The raw and auxiliary materials of the project are detailed in the table below.

Molded biomass pellet products: The raw material is mainly rice husk. The molded biomass pellets have a diameter of about 8mm, a length of about 8cm, ash content≦8.0%, density≧1.1t/m3, and low calorific value 3200kg/kcal. The moisture content of the finished product is less than 5%.

The labor force is 6 people, the annual working days are 300 days, they do not eat and lodging in the factory, and do not produce at night.
The process of this project has strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials. According to the information provided by the construction unit, the moisture content of the raw materials purchased in this project is less than 12%, and the moisture content of the finished product is not higher than 5%.
①Raw materials
The raw materials are stored in the raw material warehouse, and the raw materials are transported through the airtight duct. The storage yard dust G1 will be generated in the raw material warehouse.
② Lifting by hoist
The materials transported by the air duct are lifted to the next process through the hoist, and this process will generate dust G2. The material lifted by the hoist is dusted by the dust collector and then transported to the raw material hopper. This process will produce dust G3.
③Rice husk pellet machine
The material in the raw material hopper is transported to the feed inlet of the granulator due to the action of the center of gravity. Under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the moisture is discharged to the atmosphere through the pipeline in the form of water vapor. The raw material is compressed into molded biomass pellets and transported to the rice husk pellet machine via a belt conveyor. The next process. The granulation process adopts electric heating, and the granulation temperature is 80℃~120℃ (according to the information provided by the granulator manufacturer). This process generates dust G4.

④Conveyor belt
After being processed by the pelletizer, the formed biomass particles fall from the discharge port to the belt conveyor, and are conveyed by the belt conveyor to the elevator. This process generates dust G5.
⑤ Lifting and cooling of hoist
The elevator lifts and conveys the formed biomass particles to the raw material hopper, and adopts air cooling during the conveying process. The wind cooling process is closed and uses electric energy. This process generates dust G2.
⑥Bagging and storage of finished products
After cooling, the formed biomass pellets are temporarily stored in the finished product hopper, and some finished products are bagged and sealed in the finished product warehouse. This process generates dust G1.
⑦Sale
The finished product is sold out.
The entire production process of the project is completed on a closed assembly line, and the belt conveyor process is open. This project is equipped with 3 belt conveyors, one for the uniform distribution of raw materials in the finished product hopper, one for conveying the molded biomass pellets from the discharge port of the pelletizer to the elevator, and one for conveying the molded biomass pellets evenly distributed in the finished product bucket.
