An alfalfa pellet production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons uses a SZLH420 model pellet machine with an hourly output of 8-12 tons. This project is also an alfalfa pellet production line with an annual output of 8-12 tons. The raw material used in the production of this project is mainly alfalfa meal, with an annual consumption of 21,000 tons.
Big Alfalfa Pellet Production Line Project
The project is located in the New Material Industrial Park of the Economic Development Zone of Guyuan City, Ningxia. Since the source of the raw materials for animal nutrition licking bricks in this project is unstable and has not been constructed in reality, this acceptance is only for the production line of alfalfa pellet feed with an annual output of 20,000 tons. If the construction unit constructs 50,000 tons of animal nutrition licking brick feed within the validity period of the environmental impact assessment (within five years of the environmental impact assessment approval) in the later period, it shall arrange the inspection and acceptance by itself. The project covers an area of 20026.10m2 (30 acres), and the main construction content includes office area, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, processing workshop, etc.
This project consists of main engineering, auxiliary engineering, public engineering, storage and transportation engineering and environmental protection engineering. See Table 2-1 for the specific project composition of the investigation and implementation.

The total design investment of this project is 50 million yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 870,000 yuan, accounting for 1.74% of the total investment; the actual total investment is 30 million yuan, of which the actual environmental protection investment is 400,000 yuan, accounting for 1.33% of the total investment. Grass Alfalfa Pellet Machine
After the powdered feed enters the Grass/Alfalfa Pellet Machine, it is heated to 160°C, and the water in the alfalfa pellets is used to make alfalfa powder into alfalfa pellets, and then the hot pellets are passed through a cooler to reduce the temperature and humidity of the material and increase the hardness of the material , Reduce the powdering rate of materials. The cooling of this project adopts wind cooling. Through this section, pellet feed is produced. This granulator has its own screening process, grading and screening, and grading to obtain feed according to the product size requirements. The process of weighing, bagging and sewing the finished product by the automatic packaging equipment. After the packaging is completed, it is shipped to the finished product warehouse.
