Annual Production of 15,000 Tons of Straw Wood Biomass Pellets

There are many raw materials that can be used in the biomass pellet production line established by Richi Machinery. For example, the project is a 6 tons per hour straw wood block sawdust pellet production line project. The raw materials are straw, wood blocks, and sawdust, forming a biomass pellet production project with an annual output of 15,000 tons. The following main raw and auxiliary materials are shown in Table 1, and the main equipment is shown in Table 2.

4. Project content

This project leases existing workshops for production. The workshop covers an area of ​​5000 m2 and a building area of ​​2800 m2. See Table 5 for details.

5. Work system and labor quota

Working system: This project adopts a one-shift system, an eight-hour system, with an annual work of 300 days and an annual work of 2,400 hours.

Labor quota: The project has 12 labor quotas, including 3 administrative and management personnel.

6. Environmental protection investment

The environmental protection investment of this project is 240,000 RMB, accounting for 3% of the total investment of 8 million RMB. See Table 6 for a list of environmental investment and facility budget estimates for this project.

7. Process flow

(1) Crushing: use a pulverizer to pulverize raw material straws, wood blocks, etc., this process generates noise (N) and dust (G);

(2) Granulation: The crushed raw materials are sent to the raw material bin by conveyor belt, and then conveyed by the auger into the granulator for granulation. The granulation is made into finished products by extrusion molding. The extrusion process is a physical process. No adhesive is added, no chemical reaction occurs, a small amount of dust and water vapor are generated in this process (G) and equipment noise (N);

(3) Inspection: The unformed or unqualified particles are screened out by the screening machine, and this part of the particles enters the crushing device to be reused without being discharged. This process generates dust (G) and noise (N);

(4) Packing and warehousing: products that have passed the inspection are packed and put into the warehouse. This process mainly produces waste packaging materials (S).
