How the dryer works

The dryer can be divided into industrial and civilian. The industrial dryer is also called drying equipment or dryer. The civilian dryer is one of the washing machines. It is generally used to remove water from clothing and other textiles after it has eluted.

Working principle of ordinary conventional dryer

Under the effect of the draught of the fan, the fresh cold air from the outside directly heats the heater through the air inlet and becomes dry hot air. It then exchanges heat with the tumbled laundry in the drum and is discharged out of the body. The laundry in the drum is gradually evaporated and dried under the action of dry hot air. Since the evaporation of moisture in clothes requires absorption and consumption of heat energy, the temperature of the exhaust air from the dryer increases gradually as the moisture in the clothes decreases. The main problem is that the exposed heat of the heater and the heat dissipation of the casing are large, and the fluctuation of steam pressure has a great impact on energy consumption.

The heat source of the tumble dryer comes from the combustion device and adopts the co-current heating method. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried enter the barrel from the feed box and feed, which is pushed backward by the spiral copy board. As the dryer is placed obliquely, the material flows to the rear end under the action of gravity and rotation. On the other hand, the material was repeatedly picked up by the copyboard, brought to the upper end, and continuously spread down. Make the material form a uniform curtain in the barrel, and fully exchange heat with the hot air flow in the barrel. As the material is repeatedly sprinkled, the moisture contained in it is gradually dried, thereby achieving the purpose of drying.

Tumble dryer is widely used in food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and other industries. The working process of the equipment is as follows: After the dehydrated wet materials are added to the dryer, the materials are uniformly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air after the plate readers evenly distributed in the drum are turned, which accelerates the drying heat and mass transfer. In the drying process, the material is discharged to the star-shaped discharge valve of the other section of the dryer under the action of the inclined plate and hot temperament. This machine is suitable for drying all kinds of dross materials with water content less than 85%, such as beer lees, bean dregs, sprayed corn husks, coal slime, fruit dregs, etc. It has a good effect on opening up feed resources, reducing feeding costs and reducing environmental pollution.
