Laixi New Hope Liuhe Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. invested 110 million yuan (17281000 USD) in the construction of New Hope Liuhe supporting animal feed processing project. This fully automatic large scale animal feed making plant project is one of the local EU standard pig industry integration construction projects.
The large capacity pig feed mill plant project is mainly for the processing of pig feed, and the annual output of pig feed will be 550,000 tons after it is completed and put into production. The entire full automatic pig feed mill factory equipment and control system are provided by Richi Machinery.
The piggery feed mill workshop is automated and highly intelligent. The whole pig animal feed production process of crushing, batching and pelleting realizes one-button start and pull production, reducing human intervention and ensuring feed quality.
The finished feed produced by this large pig feed mill project will be transported to various pig breeding bases to "prepare food" after being checked by laboratory inspectors and quality control personnel to provide safe, green and high-quality feed for each breeding farm.
At the same time, the annual conversion of 400,000 tons of corn can solve the local corn sales problem, and the annual output value can reach 2 billion yuan (314 million USD). This large pig feed production line can directly provide more than 200 jobs, indirectly drive more than 3,000 local jobs, and effectively promote local grain trade, logistics and transportation industry development.
The EU standard pig industry integration construction project is a key project signed by Sichuan Dekang Group with the district government at the 21st Western China International Investment and Trade Fair, and it is also a municipal key construction project.
The total investment of the project is about 2.4 billion yuan($377 million), and efforts will be made to implement the construction of the integrated pig industry project in terms of planting, raising, supply, processing, marketing, ecological environmental protection, and standardization.
The project includes the construction of 1 pig breeding farm, about 100 standard-scale surrogate farms for live pigs, 1 pig feed processing factory, 1 food processing factory (including science and technology research and development center), and organic fertilizer for comprehensive utilization of supporting livestock and poultry breeding wastes, all EU-standard pig industry integration construction projects are expected to be completed in early 2022.

Combined with the upgrade requirements for the prevention and control of major pig epidemics at that time, the large scale pig feed factory has built a cleaning and disinfection center, independent separation channels for feed in and out, feed trucks and feed truck parking monitoring and inspection points, and standard warehouse for finished products.
Strictly follow the feed management and pipelines to establish a testing laboratory for analysis, equipped with advanced testing equipment (such as microplate reader, three-purpose spectrum analyzer, near-infrared detector, etc.), which can have basic ingredients or independently detect and disinfect indicators, melamine, left and right, trace elements and other health and safety indicators.

The advanced good quality 550000 tons per year pig feed mill plant project broke ground in January 2020, and it was fully constructed on February 1. Workers on the site implemented a 24-hour two-shift system. Each construction site and each work team has a dedicated person responsible for supervising and guiding the progress of the large pig feed mill project.
The advanced good quality customized 550000 tons per year pig feed mill plant project has been completed and put into production in August 2020. The automatic complete pig feed mill plant project has a labor force of 35 people, with board and lodging, 2 shifts, 12 hours per shift, and 360 days of work per year.
It can be calculated that the output of this large capacity best quality pig feed mill project is 63-64 tons per hour, 1527 tons per day, 45833 tons per month.

Trace elements: Animals contain almost all trace elements in nature. The trace elements that have important nutritional effects and must be supplemented by feed are generally iron, copper, zinc, manganese, selenium, cobalt, iodine, chromium, etc. Elements, the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture Document No. 1124 also stipulates the suitable edible amount and maximum limit of these 8 kinds of trace elements. Trace elements play multiple roles in the animal body.
Minerals: calcium powder, calcium hydrogen phosphate, shell powder after crushed shells are used as calcium sources, and various animal bones are crushed as calcium sources, such as fish bones, pigs, cattle and other bones. The amount is very small, and All are in bags and have no peculiar smell.

Boiler water: The commercial pig feed plant project is equipped with 2 4t/h steam boilers. According to the maximum load, the working time is 2160h/a, the water consumption is 17280m³/a, and the boiler drainage is calculated at 3% of the maximum steam volume, and the boiler drainage is 518.4 m³/a;
The boiler water is provided by the effluent water of the soft water equipment. The soft water preparation efficiency is 75%, and the fresh water consumption of the soft water equipment is 23040m³/a. The loss is calculated as 2% of the water intake, and the loss is 460.8m³/a, and the drainage is 5299.2m³/a.

Domestic water: The commercial pig feed plant project has a labor force of 35 people. The pig feed mill factory has a dormitory and canteen. The water standard is 120L/(person•d). The annual work is 360 days. The domestic water consumption is 1512m³/a.
The water comes from tap water, which can meet the requirements of the 63-64t/h pig feed mill factory. Water requirements. In summary, the total fresh water consumption of the pig feed mill project is 24552m³/a.
Drainage during the operation period of the pig feed mill project is mainly boiler sewage, concentrated water from soft water equipment and domestic sewage from employees. Boiler sewage and concentrated water from soft water equipment are used to sprinkle water and evaporate naturally after dust reduction.

The amount of domestic sewage generated is 1285.2m³/a based on 85% of the water consumption. The domestic sewage is pretreated in a septic tank and then transported as agricultural fertilizer. The septic tank is treated with anti-seepage treatment, which can effectively prevent the leakage of wastewater. The impact on the surrounding water environment is small.

The 63-64t/h pig feed mill plant project uses 2 sets of 4t/h gas-fired steam boilers for heating. The annual natural gas consumption is about 200,000 kW•h, which is supplied by the municipal natural gas pipeline network. Air-conditioning is used for heating and cooling in the office.
Pour the purchased corn into the grid screen, and send it to the cylinder cleaning screen through the scraper conveyor to remove the soft impurities such as large particles, ropes, stones and soil in the raw materials, and then pass the bucket elevator and sent to the silo for storage.
Introduce the soybean meal/bran purchased back to the pig feed factory into the grid screen, and send it to the primary cleaning screen through a scraper conveyor to remove large particles of impurities and twine and other soft impurities in the soybean meal, and then pass it through a bucket elevator, send to soybean meal steel silo for storage.
The granular materials in the silo, soybean meal silo and warehouse are fed into the pulverizer to be crushed after being crushed. The crushing process is a fully enclosed type, and the crushed materials enter the batching silo through the dust settling chamber through the conveying equipment.
Powdered raw materials, trace elements, minerals, etc. temporarily stored in the batching warehouse are sent to the batching scale for measurement through the unloading machine, and the batching is carried out according to the product requirements, and the double-shaft high-efficiency pig feed mixer machine is in a closed state.
After mixing by paddle mixer for pig feed, it enters the buffer hopper and the scraper conveyor sends the materials to the granulation section.
The corn raw material is sent to the pig feed extruder through a closed screw feeder for expansion, and after the expansion is completed, it is cooled and crushed, and then sent to the batching warehouse to participate in the teaching of the batching of the trough material through the closed screw conveyor and bucket elevator;
After mixing, the materials are sent from the pelletizing bin to the pig feed pellet machine conditioner through the closed screw feeder. The addition of steam can make the fiber in the feed soft and improve the pelleting effect.
The temperature is generally maintained at about 85°C to keep the maximum water content at 13%~14%, it takes about 3 minutes to stay for tempering and maintaining. The tempered and maintained materials are sent to the pig feed pelletizer machine to press pellets.
The pig feed pellets produced in the pig feed pellet machine is cooled by a cooling air net, and then sorted by a rotary classification screen.
The screening process is a fully enclosed type, and the excessively long grains and powder produced during the granulation process are removed from the the product is separated, and the separated powder is sent to the quality section for re-granulation, and the finished product pellets that meet the product specifications are transported to the finished product bulk warehouse through the conveying equipment.
The finished pig feed pellets products that enter the warehouse are sold in bulk and bags. The large pig feed mill project receiving section, crushing section, mixing section, expansion section, screening section, and bulk section are all equipped with pulse dust collectors, and the piggery feed mill equipment is fully enclosed.
The dust collector used in the large automatic commercial pig feed mill project requires regular cleaning of the ash hopper during the raw material receiving process, and other dust collectors are directly pulsed back to make the materials return to the pig feed production process for use.
The principle of dust removal is to set a number of cloth bags inside to filter the dust in the air and periodically blow compressed air into the filter bag to remove the dust in the filter bag. It has the advantages of high efficiency and large air volume. The dust removal efficiency of the dust collector is greater than 99.9%.
The cyclone dust collector is composed of intake pipe, exhaust pipe, cylinder, cone and ash bucket. The cyclone dust collector has a simple structure. Under normal operating conditions, the centrifugal force acting on the particles is 5 to 2500 times that of gravity.
It is suitable for the removal of non-sticky and non-fibrous dust, mostly used to remove particles above 5μm. The parallel multi-tube cyclone dust collector device also has a dust removal efficiency of 80-85% for 3μm particles. It belongs to Medium-efficiency dust collector.
