Under the action of sheet blow and the friction of the sieve plate, the material is gradually crushed and discharged from the base outlet through the sieve hole under the action of centrifugal force and air flow.
The crushed raw materials, powders, and auxiliary materials are in accordance with the preset feed formula requirements, using a specific batching metering system, and various materials are fed into the batching weighing hopper through the batching screw conveyor in proportion.
And different kinds of feed materials make ingredients and weigh to ensure that the material weight tolerance is within the range allowed by the compound animal feed processing plant.
The materials enter the mixing system after automatic batching, and the various materials are fully mixed, and the mixing uniformity exceeds 93%. This section is a key section to ensure feed quality. This section uses a double-shaft paddle high-efficiency animal feed mixer, and multiple liquid addition devices can be set up according to the needs of the formula.
During the mixing process, the flow rate of liquid addition and the optimal time of addition are controlled by a microcomputer to ensure that the liquid raw materials and the solid phase raw materials are fully mixed and evenly mixed.
In order to reduce the cross-contamination of feed materials and improve the labor environment, the hand-feeding device is equipped with a pulse bag filter to return the dust of the added raw materials to the original process line. The mixed ultra-fine powder feed enters the subsequent expansion and granulation process.
Pellet feed has more advantages. Through the combined effect of steam heat, mechanical friction energy and pressure, it can achieve many functions such as sterilization and improving feed digestibility.
This large scale 125 tons per hour automatic compound animal feed processing plant project adopts the repetitive pelleting process, which means that the hot feed that has been pelletized is immediately re-pelleted to the hot and soft pellets through the second laminating film, which improves the nutritional value of the feed and improves the pelleting effect.
The mixed material enters the animal feed pelleting machine to mature and granulate to produce granular compound feed with nutrient composition and mixing uniformity in compliance with the qualified product standard.
The cooled pellets enter the finished product warehouse, and are packaged and stored in an automatic metering method.
The pellets are cooled and then crushed, and then mixed after being measured according to the requirements of the formula.
The crushed and mixed powder is puffed by a feed puffing machine. The puffing principle is to convert mechanical energy into heat energy. The heat generated when the machine rotates is used to squeeze and cook the food. After puffing by animal fish feed extruder machine, the volume of the raw material becomes larger.
The extruded feed made by fish feed extrusion machine is further dried in a drying box.
The purpose of spraying grease on the surface of the pelleted feed after extruded into pellets is to add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the feed to increase the energy level of the feed and improve the appearance quality of the pellet feed.
Using a countercurrent cooler, so that the product can be cooled and dried to reach a safe use level.
The cooled pellets enter the finished product warehouse, and are packaged and stored in an automatic metering method.
