The Technical Transformation Project Of The Ecuador Feed Factory Was Successfully Completed

In order to accelerate the pace of industrial upgrading and enhance the development potential of enterprises, in 2024, the aquatic feed factory from Ecuador implemented a technical transformation project.

After nearly half a year of intensive construction, the new generation of RICHI feed equipment and environmental protection facilities with advanced technology, complete functions and high degree of automation were successfully completed. As the core of this technical upgrade, RICHI introduced key equipment such as dual-axis differential extruders, high-efficiency differential diameter modulators for shrimp feed pellet machine, and post-ripening and rapid drying for customers, which played an important role in the renewal of feed production.

   This set of environmental protection facilities, which has been leading the industry for ten years, can effectively treat and purify the waste gas, wastewater and dust in the production process, and many indicators are lower than its local emission standards.
