Vietnam Annual Production Of 80,000 Tons Of Pig Feed Factory Completed

The customer is an agricultural development investment company with farms and feed processing plants. In order to further improve the pig industry chain, ensure the supply of feed for farms, and update feed production line equipment, the customer worked with RICHI MACHINERY to create a full-process turnkey pig feed project, from raw material cleaning and storage to bulk processing, supporting the whole factory logistics management system, and creating a modern feed factory with a hard-core Industry 4.0 model.

Compared with traditional feed factories, this new factory is highly automated, digitalized, and intelligent, with new upgrades and applications in six major aspects: regional planning management, raw material storage management, feed processing technology management, biosafety and environmental control, transportation prevention and control management, and equipment automation and intelligent management.

RICHI Machinery adheres to the process design concept of excellence and customer responsibility. In the whole factory planning, the three zones are strictly separated, the raw materials, finished products, raw and cooked materials are independent, cross-contamination is eliminated, and the guards, disinfection and fire protection are centralized and monitored to avoid management gaps.

In the production link, at present, under the requirement of 85℃ for 3 minutes, the efficiency of the whole set of equipment production line of this project can reach 110,000 tons. In addition to meeting the basic production function requirements of complete feed, it can also realize the online production of fermented feed. Strict dust explosion prevention and hygienic safety design ensures safe production of feed and full traceability of production data.

The equipment management system, on the basis of meeting the automatic control function of the production link, improves the equipment energy efficiency management and equipment maintenance management functions, while ensuring stable production, greatly improves the efficiency of production equipment, and automatically generates maintenance parameters for each core equipment.

On this basis, it also adds the centralized control function of auxiliary equipment such as air compressors and boilers and the energy efficiency management of the whole pig feed plant.

The whole pig feed plant logistics management system further promotes the pace of Industry 4.0 of the feed factory, with the information exchange management of the breeding terminal-headquarters-processing end in one, the fiber-optic wireless WIFI coverage of the whole plant, and the seamless connection of vehicle identification and mobile phone APP to achieve real-time update of logistics information, and implement the pull-type production concept.

The completion of this pig feed production line project is of great significance to the customer's breeding sector.
