The client of this project is a Brazilian breeding enterprise. In order to improve the comprehensive management facilities of livestock manure in the breeding farm and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of manure, we took this opportunity to implement the "Annual Processing of 100,000 Tons of Organic Fertilizer Construction Project" after sufficient market, resource and policy research.

The implementation of the project has achieved a virtuous cycle of comprehensive effects such as manure-biogas-fertilizer, and has good economic and social benefits.

Project construction content

The total construction area of this bio organic fertilizer production line in Brazil project is 16,500 square meters, including 6,000 square meters of raw material processing workshop, 1,600 square meters of fermentation tank, 3,000 square meters of raw material warehouse, 5,000 square meters of finished product warehouse, 500 square meters of office and supporting rooms, purchase of forklift feeder, vertical crusher, etc., construction of water supply and drainage, fire protection, power supply and distribution, greening and other facilities. Production process design

This bio organic fertilizer production line in Brazil project mainly uses dehydrated pig manure, multifunctional bacteria and crushed straw as the main raw and auxiliary materials, and obtains the product through mixing, crushing, fermentation, re-mixing, crushing and weighing and packaging. There is no screening, granulation and drying process in the whole process.

This project uses pig manure (dehydrated before transportation to the factory, with a moisture content of 60%, and the transportation process is fully closed) and straw as raw and auxiliary materials. The commercial organic fertilizer production process of this project mainly includes feeding, mixing, crushing, fermentation, picking, weighing and packaging.

Raw material transportation and storage

According to the information provided by the enterprise, the raw materials used in the project production are crushed straw, dehydrated pig manure and multifunctional bacteria.

The transportation process of pig manure to the factory is fully closed, so the amount of odor during the transportation process is relatively small. The raw and auxiliary materials are transported to the raw and auxiliary material warehouse, which is fully closed.

Material loading and mixing

Use a forklift to throw the crushed straw, dehydrated pig manure and multifunctional bacteria stored in the raw material warehouse into the mixer (the ratio of loading: 1000kg dehydrated pig manure: 300kg crushed straw: 3kg multifunctional bacteria) and mix them evenly.

Crushing

Use a crusher to crush the mixed raw materials and crush the large particles so that all the raw materials reach the specified mesh size for subsequent fermentation. The moisture content of the raw materials is about 60%, which is relatively high.

Transportation

The crushed mixed raw materials enter the fermentation tank (a total of 4) through a conveyor belt. The length, width and height of the fermentation tank are 42m, 3.8m and 2.5m respectively).

Fermentation

The fermentation process of this bio organic fertilizer production line in Brazil project adopts aerobic fermentation. Aerobic fermentation is a process in which aerobic bacteria absorb, oxidize and decompose waste under good ventilation conditions (there is an oxygen supply hole at the lower end of the project fermentation tank) and sufficient oxygen.

Aerobic microorganisms oxidize part of the absorbed organic matter into simple inorganic matter through their own life activities, while releasing energy required for microbial growth activities, while the other part of the organic matter is synthesized into new cytoplasm, so that the microorganisms continue to grow and reproduce, and produce more organisms.

Usually, the temperature of aerobic composting is higher, generally 50-60℃ is better, so aerobic composting is also called high-temperature composting. High-temperature composting can kill pathogens to the maximum extent.

At the same time, it has a fast degradation rate of organic matter, a short number of days required for composting, and a small amount of odor, making it the first choice for composting. The fermentation time is about 20 days, and natural fermentation does not require heating.

The fermentation process can be divided into three stages: the front stage of fermentation, the middle stage of fermentation, and the end stage of fermentation.

  1. The front stage of fermentation: It is mainly to transport the mixed raw materials to the fermentation tank, turn the compost and mix them through a trough compost turning machine, and then ferment them. Generally, after 3-4 days, the material temperature can reach 50-60 degrees Celsius. Monitor with a thermometer, and when the fermentation temperature reaches about 60℃, the second compost turning is required.
  2. Mid-stage fermentation: After the second turning, it is the middle stage of fermentation. After turning, the fermentation temperature drops, and the moisture content of chicken manure drops. When the fermentation temperature reaches about 60℃, the third turning is performed.
  3. Fermentation end: After the third turning, the fermentation end begins. After turning, the fermentation temperature of chicken manure drops. A little water (leachate from the previous stage of fermentation) needs to be added to speed up the fermentation. After the temperature reaches 60 degrees Celsius, it should be turned over once every 1-2 days. After 10-15 days of fermentation, the fermentation is completed. The total fermentation time is 20 days.

Discharging, mixing, sorting, and crushing

After fermentation is completed, it is sent to the powder processing room by a belt conveyor for processing, which mainly includes mixing, sorting, crushing and re-mixing to obtain biological organic fertilizer, which is then packaged and stored.

Finished product packaging system

The organic fertilizer after re-mixing is transported into the finished product warehouse by a bucket elevator. The screening organic fertilizer is quantitatively weighed and packaged (10kg/bag) through an automatic packaging scale.

The automatic packaging scale is controlled by a microcomputer and can achieve multi-range measurement. It has high weighing accuracy, automatic bag clamping, bag sewing, automatic tare weight and detection functions, and its advantages are unmatched by manual packaging.
