This is a composite production line project. The customer purchased two production lines from RICHI, one for processing organic fertilizers and the other for processing biomass pellets.
The customer of this project is a biotechnology company from Pakistan, which uses 8000m2 of idle factory buildings as production sites, mainly including workshops, offices, raw material warehouses, warehouses, etc. After the project is completed, it can form an annual production scale of 10,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizers and 10,000 tons/year of biomass fuel.
The power supply of this bio organic fertilizer production line in Pakistan project is introduced from the local power grid, which can meet the power demand of the project for production and life.
The labor quota of this project is 20 people, with 300 working days throughout the year, two shifts, and 8 hours of work per shift. The factory area provides food and accommodation.

Brief description of organic fertilizer production process:
Buy fermented leaves, branches, tobacco straw, auxiliary materials, humic acid, biological bacteria and sugar residues and transport them to the site, mix them in a compost turner, and send them to the crusher by a forklift to crush them according to the required particle size. Then they are screened by a screening machine.
The part below the screen is qualified and the part above the screen is unqualified. The unqualified products are returned to the previous process for reprocessing. Part of the qualified products are measured, packaged and sealed to become crude fertilizer products, and the other part is dried in an electric drying furnace.
After meeting the requirements, it is naturally cooled and then granulated by an organic fertilizer granulator. Finally, it is measured, packaged and sealed to become refined fertilizer products.
The raw materials (dried or dried) of the project are stacked in the raw material warehouse for standby use. After the raw materials are cleaned, they are fed into a rolling drum screen to remove larger wood blocks and impurities.
After mixing and batching, they are sent to the organic fertilizer pellet machine through a conveyor belt for pressurization and densification. After simple packaging, they are put into storage for sale. Unqualified products can be reused as raw materials, reprocessed and recycled.
The formed biomass fuel is small in size, heavy in specific gravity, resistant to combustion, and easy to store and transport.
