Sludge:
The sludge produced by the sludge cow dung organic fertilizer production line in Argentina project comes from the local sewage treatment plant. The sludge is mainly composed of low-level organic matter such as amino acids, humic acid, bacteria and their metabolites, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heterocyclic compounds, organic sulfides, volatile odors, organic fluorides, etc. In addition, it also contains inorganic sand and heavy metal substances such as mercury, cadmium, and lead.
The sludge accepted by the project is all sludge produced by domestic sewage treatment plants. The sludge of this project does not use sludge from industrial sewage plants. At the same time, a sludge monitoring report must be provided each time it is transported into the plant area. The plant area can only accept sludge after it is qualified. Otherwise, unqualified sludge will have a huge harm to earthworms. It should meet the standard requirements and meet the pollutant control standards for sludge agricultural use.

Microbial deodorant follows the principle of microecological engineering. On the basis of fully learning from foreign advanced composite microbial technology, it adopts microecological engineering technology and uses modern biotechnology to produce a new type of biological deodorant composed of beneficial microorganisms of different properties.
Microbial deodorants can effectively remove malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia, have no toxic side effects on humans, animals and plants, and do not cause any pollution to the environment. Microbial deodorants contain a variety of strains with strong decomposition capabilities.
There is a symbiotic relationship between the strains to form a functional group. Beneficial microorganisms effectively inhibit the corruption and decomposition of spoilage bacteria and turn to fermentation and decomposition. The organic acids produced can degrade (decompose), absorb and fix N and S oxides.
EM bacterial agent:
It is composed of a large number of friendly strains such as Bacillus, mold, yeast, and actinomycetes. It is a medium and high temperature aerobic bacterial agent that is good at decomposing crude protein, fat, cellulose, and lignocellulose.
It can quickly heat up the fermented product, efficiently kill harmful pathogens, insect eggs and weed seeds, etc., quickly disperse macromolecular nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the fermented product, and convert them into small molecular fast-acting nutrients that are beneficial to crop absorption, and form a large amount of humus and trace elements.
It is a pure microbial live spore preparation, and the product contains microbial strains with nitrogen fixation, phosphorus solubilization, and potassium solubilization functions. Nitrogen-fixing bacteria can produce a large amount of nitrogenase, which converts nitrogen molecules into nitrogen atoms that can be absorbed by plants for crops to use. At the same time, it has the ability to remove odor and improve the environment.
The removal rate of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia is not less than 60%. The fermented fertilizer has the effects of reducing soil bulk density, increasing soil activity, strengthening roots, curbing soil-borne diseases, and increasing crop yield and quality.

Fresh sludge mainly comes from local sewage treatment plants. In order to avoid the impact of odor generated by raw material transportation on sensitive points along the transportation route, the environmental impact assessment requires that the sludge transportation route must be reasonably selected, and try to choose a transportation route with good road conditions and avoiding most sensitive targets. Avoid transportation during peak traffic hours.
During the sludge transportation process, strengthen management, close the transportation vehicles, and prohibit omission and throwing along the way to avoid secondary pollution during transportation.

It is mixed in time according to the principle of mixing immediately after transportation and then transported out of the factory by belt conveyor and car.
