Biological strains: a product composed of one or more microorganisms with specific functions, culture media, and additives. Through its metabolic process or metabolites, it can increase the content of certain plant elements in the soil. The main components are mixed bacterial agents composed of more than 20 bacterial species such as Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus jelly, Bacillus subtilis, and Bacillus cereus.

Fermentation process: The fermentation process is carried out in the fermentation workshop. Agricultural and forestry waste, livestock manure, bacterial agents and water are mixed in a certain proportion and fermented. The fermentation adopts a fermentation method combining aerobic turning and anaerobic composting. Turning equipment is used for composting, and the fermentation workshop is closed.
In the early stage of fermentation, the moisture content of the raw materials after mixing is about 60%. After the fermentation is completed, the moisture content of the fermented clinker is about 30%. The maturation time of the fermented material in this project is about 20 days. The fermented clinker is transported and dumped to the next step by a forklift.
Crushing, mixing and stirring: The matured materials are evenly sent to the crusher by the belt conveyor for crushing, and the fermented clinker and other raw materials are put into the automatic batching system in proportion (the fermented clinker is input by the belt conveyor, and other raw materials are added manually). After batching, they are transported to the mixer by the belt conveyor for mixing and stirring.
Granulation: After uniform mixing, it enters the fertilizer granulator machine for granulation, and the finished granular product is produced after screening. All unqualified products in the screening process enter the mixing and stirring process for re-mixing and granulation to become qualified products.
Packaging and warehousing: The products are measured and packaged to obtain finished products, and the finished products are stacked in the warehouse waiting for sale.

Crushing, mixing, drum granulation, and screening processes are all located in the production and packaging workshop. The dust generated by the process is discharged through the exhaust pipe after being treated by the gas hood + bag dust collector located in the production and packaging workshop.
The initial rainwater sedimentation tank is set in the southwest corner of the plant, which is the lowest position in the plant, which is conducive to the initial rainwater flowing into the sedimentation tank through the drainage ditch. A general solid waste temporary storage room is set up in the production and packaging workshop of the plant, which is convenient and regular for temporarily storing waste packaging bags.
