According to the information provided by the customer, the raw materials and auxiliary materials of this project are purchased directly from local sources. The raw materials purchased by the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Germany project - the moisture content of manure is 45%~62%, and the moisture content of non-fresh straw is about 10%. They are transported to the factory after being covered or sealed.
The livestock and poultry manure is transported by closed tank trucks and directly dumped into the closed livestock and poultry manure storage room after entering the factory, which shall not affect the environment along the transportation line.

Based on the customer's raw materials, product requirements, and plant structure, we customized and designed the entire processing process for the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Germany project. The following is a detailed description of the process:
The stored straw (corn straw and wheat straw, etc.) purchased from the straw purchasing station has a moisture content of about 8%~2%. The straw has been compressed into blocks before entering the factory. After entering the factory, it is stacked in the straw stacking area.
The block straw is transported to the shredder via a conveyor belt. During this process, the straw is in a complete block and does not generate dust. The straw enters the shredder, and the compressed straw is dispersed and crushed into 2~5cm long straw silk by the blade and friction.
The customer signed a manure supply agreement with a local farm. The livestock and poultry manure was transported to the manure storage tank in the livestock and poultry manure storage room in the project plant area by a fully enclosed livestock and poultry manure and sewage transport vehicle equipped by the farm.
The manure was harmlessly treated and temporarily stored in the manure storage tank in the livestock and poultry manure storage room in the project plant area.
The chicken manure used in this organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Germany project has a moisture content of about 50-60%, the pig manure has a moisture content of about 55-62%, and the cow manure has a moisture content of about 45-55%. The transport vehicle was washed on the washing platform in the project plant area after leaving the factory.
A small amount of leachate will be generated during the storage of livestock and poultry manure, so the project will flush the manure storage tank every 15 days according to the production batch. Deodorant is sprayed regularly in the manure storage room.
A mixer is set up in the manure storage room. According to the moisture content of the raw materials and the raw material ratio, the manure is first pumped into the mixer through a closed pipe, and then the crushed straw is transported to the mixer through a closed conveyor belt.
Then the soybean cake (purchased from the market, with a moisture content of about 10~20%) is put into the mixer. According to the input ratio and moisture content of the raw materials (compromise calculation), the moisture content of the mixed material is about 31%.
According to the customer's fermentation requirements, the moisture content of the fermentation mixed raw materials must reach 60%, so water needs to be added in this process to make the moisture content of the mixed material reach more than 60%.
The amount of water added in this process is about 7560t/a, which is transported to the mixer by the water pipeline. After the feeding is completed, the feeding port is closed and the equipment is started for mixing.
The mixed materials are directly transported from the livestock and poultry manure pile to the fermentation tank in the fermentation workshop through the discharge port by a closed conveyor belt. The multifunctional fermentation bacteria are sprinkled on the surface of the pile and fermented by high-temperature composting.
During the process, the materials are regularly turned by a turner to ferment, mature and degrade the materials. During this period, the fan is used to provide sufficient air through the aeration pipe to maintain an aerobic environment. The organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Germany project fermentation workshop uses natural heating. The compost temperature is controlled at 70-85℃, and the fermentation cycle is 15 days.
When the pile temperature rises to 70℃, the turntable turner is used to turn the pile regularly, once a day. If the pile temperature exceeds 85℃, it is turned again and the temperature is controlled below 85℃. Turning can promote the evaporation of water in the solid fermentation material.
The water content after the water evaporates is about 30%, so no dust is generated during the fermentation process. The fermentation process can kill harmful microorganisms and insect eggs. The organic acid produced in the decomposition of organic matter absorbs free ammonia and stores nitrogen. Beneficial bacteria can also form mycelium and become part of the fertilizer.
The height of the project fermentation tank is about 3.0m, and the fermentation workshop is equipped with 3 fermentation tanks: the length is about 20m and the width is 6m. The density of organic fertilizer is 800kg/m3, and the maximum stockpile at one time is about 864t. The fermentation time is about 15d.
During the fermentation process of this organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Germany project, fermentation odor G4 will be formed in the fermentation workshop.
Since the subsequent materials of this organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Germany project are all transported by closed conveyor belts, the wheel-type turning machine in the workshop is used to turn the pile during the period, and the fermentation process is covered with a fermentation film.
In order to control the moisture content of the product, each batch of organic fertilizer after fermentation needs to be tested for moisture. If the moisture content is less than 30%, it will directly enter the granulation and screening workshop to produce finished organic fertilizer.
If the moisture content is higher than 30%, the fermented organic fertilizer needs to be sent to the aging workshop by a closed conveyor belt for aging treatment to further reduce the moisture content and make it more fully decomposed, so that the moisture volatilization is less than 30%.
After aging, the organic fertilizer is shoveled into the hopper by a forklift and conveyed to the crusher through a closed belt conveyor to crush the material to less than 8mm. The crusher is a fully enclosed equipment with a gas collection pipeline.
The granular material output from the crushing process has certain differences in particle size and needs to be screened and graded. The crushed material is transported to the screening machine through a closed conveyor belt. The selected rotary screening machine has low vibration, low noise, convenient screen replacement, and is equipped with a screen surface cleaning device.
Equipped with an automatic return system, the sieved granular materials are transported to the crusher through a belt elevator, and then crushed again and sent to the screening machine for further screening, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the organic fertilizer production line.
The screened organic fertilizer is used to produce dust bio-organic fertilizer and granular bio-organic fertilizer according to market demand.
According to the information provided by the customer, it is estimated that 5,000 tons of powdered organic fertilizer will be directly packaged and stored as powdered bio-organic fertilizer each year; and about 5,000 tons of organic fertilizer will be packaged and stored as granular organic fertilizer after granulation, drying and screening.
The screened organic fertilizer is used to produce dust bio-organic fertilizer and granular bio-organic fertilizer according to market demand. According to the information provided by the customer, it is estimated that 5,000 tons of powdered organic fertilizer will be directly packaged and stored as powdered bio-organic fertilizer each year.
In addition, about 5,000 tons of organic fertilizer will be packaged and stored as granular organic fertilizer after granulation, drying and screening. The screened materials are sent to the fully enclosed organic fertilizer granulator and organic fertilizer dryer through a closed belt conveyor, so that the fine powder organic fertilizer can be continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized, and densely dried in the machines, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation and drying.
Electric energy is used for heating and drying. After being processed by the spheronization machine, the granular organic fertilizer becomes spherical, with a sphericity of ≥0.7, a particle size generally between 0.3-3 mm, and a granulation rate of ≥90%.
The fertilizer pellet diameter can be appropriately adjusted by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed, and the smaller the particles, and vice versa.
Granular biological organic fertilizer is transported to the drum screening machine by a bucket elevator. In the drum screening machine, particles with a particle size of 2.0 mm or more enter the next process, and particles with a particle size of less than 2.00 mm are returned to the organic fertilizer pellet making machine for re-granulation.
The granular organic fertilizer raw materials after granulation and screening are packed into woven bags through a packaging machine, which is the finished product and stored for sale.
