In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, people have paid more and more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products, but with the development of industrialization, environmental pollution has become more and more serious.
Especially in the agricultural industry, the abuse of fertilizers, pesticides, additives, etc. has caused serious pollution to agricultural products. Therefore, the research and development of new organic ecological fertilizers to gradually replace traditional fertilizers has become the current trend of world agricultural development.
In this context, the customer added an annual production line of 50,000 tons of organic ecological fertilizer processing on the basis of the original annual production line of 8,000 tons of blended fertilizer construction project. This is RICHI's 10th granule production line project in Iraq and the first organic fertilizer production line project.
The labor quota of the organic fertilizer processing plant In Iraq project was 10 before the expansion, and 8 more people were added after the expansion. The work system before and after the expansion remained unchanged, with workers producing 16 hours a day and operating 330 days a year.

Process description:
The existing project mixes and stirs the finished nitrogen (urea), phosphorus (ammonium phosphate), potassium chloride and other single fertilizers, adds swelling powder (neutral, non-corrosive) for granulation, and then enters the screening machine for screening.
The finished product is packaged and measured in the storage tank, and the large-particle fertilizer returns to the process and enters the mixer for crushing.
Process description:
The expansion organic fertilizer production project has no fermentation process. The purchased wood ash, wine koji residue, and superphosphate are squeezed and stirred in a ratio of 2:2:1, and then enter the crusher for crushing, and then enter the screening machine for screening.
The finished product is packaged and measured in the storage tank, and the large-particle fertilizer returns to the process and enters the mixer for crushing.
Before the expansion of the existing project, the main entrance and exit were set on the planned road on the south side of the factory boundary. The organic fertilizer processing plant In Iraq project was divided into living area and production area.
The living area was located on the east side of the project site, with reserved open space on the east and west sides, and the production area factory building on the north side. The living area was composed of office buildings and canteens from north to south.
The blended fertilizer production line was located on the south side of the factory building, and the raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse of the blended fertilizer production line were located on the north side of the blended fertilizer production line. The power distribution room was located in the southeast corner of the factory area.
The original layout did not change after the expansion. On the premise of retaining the original layout, an organic fertilizer production line was added to the open space on the north side of the factory building. On both sides of the organic fertilizer production line were organic fertilizer raw material warehouses and finished product warehouses.
The prospect of building an organic fertilizer production line in Iraq is relatively optimistic, but the specific conditions and challenges of the local area need to be considered.
