OVERVIEW

This is a project built using agricultural waste, with an annual production scale of 100,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer. The project covers an area of 17,333.4m2 and a construction area of 6,740m2. Using existing land and houses, the project construction period only involves the construction of fermentation tanks and equipment installation and commissioning.

The construction period of the organic fertilizer production plant in Ecuador project will start in December 2023 and be completed in June 2024. Equipment commissioning will begin at the end of June 2024 and will be completed in July 2024. The project has been put into trial operation.

The raw materials used in the project are mainly fucose slag, plant ash, etc. The main processes are: flipping-mixing-stirring-granulation-drying-screening-packaging, etc. The project implements a year-round work system, three shifts a day, and each shift is 8 hours.

The organic fertilizer production plant in Ecuador project covers an area of ​​17333.4m2, with a total construction area of ​​6740m2. It will build a new turning workshop with a construction area of ​​2340m2 and a production workshop with a construction area of ​​960m2. Process design of Ecuador organic fertilizer project

The process flow of organic fertilizer processing adopted in this organic fertilizer production plant in Ecuador project is as follows:

Mixing and stirring

The purchased aldehyde residue, xylose residue, wood ash, mushroom residue, potassium humate and other raw materials are mixed and stirred in a certain proportion. Water needs to be added during this process to maintain a suitable moisture content to facilitate the subsequent bacterial fermentation.

Bacterial fermentation

Bacterial fermentation is a microbiological process that uses bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi and microorganisms widely distributed in nature or artificially added high-efficiency composite microbial agents to artificially promote the biochemical transformation of biodegradable organic matter into stable small molecules and humus under appropriate ventilation, temperature, pH, porosity and other conditions.

This organic fertilizer production plant in Ecuador project is aerobic fermentation. Under aerobic conditions, aerobic organisms decompose part of organic matter into inorganic matter through their own catabolism and anabolism, obtain the energy required for microbial metabolism, and convert part of inorganic matter into new cell substances.

The fermentation of the project strains is carried out in a special fermentation tank. During the fermentation process, a tossing machine is used to toss the material to provide oxygen, dissipate heat and ensure uniform fermentation.

Storage

The fermented fertilizer is stored in the storage bin. Some of the organic fertilizer is crushed and screened and then packaged as powdered organic fertilizer. Some of the organic fertilizer is produced as granular organic fertilizer by a granulator.

Granulation

The fertilizer is granulated by the organic fertilizer pellet machine. During the granulation process, water needs to be added to maintain a certain moisture content to reduce the generation of dust during the granulation process.

Drying

The granulated fertilizer needs to be dried. The drying heat source is provided by a natural gas boiler. There are two drying processes in this project.

Cooling

The dried fertilizer is naturally cooled in the cooler.

Crushing and screening

The cooled fertilizer is crushed in the crusher. The fertilizer is conveyed into the crushing chamber by the conveyor belt. The crushed fertilizer is discharged from the bottom of the crusher and then screened by the screening machine.

The fertilizer that has passed the screening machine is qualified. The fertilizer that has not passed the screening machine is collected and re-enters the crushing process.

Packaging and finished product storage

Qualified granular organic fertilizer is packaged as a finished product and stored for sale.
