Organic fertilizer pellet Process design

The organic fertilizer processing technology used in this organic fertilizer production plant in New Zealand project is as follows:

  1. Mixing
    The pig farm uses a sewage suction truck to deliver manure to the factory area, and the raw materials are measured and mixed in a certain proportion in a turner. The moisture content of pig manure is 55% when it enters the factory, and the moisture content of tobacco stems is 20%. The moisture content of the prepared materials is controlled below 40%.
  2. Composting aging
    After mixing, the materials are composted and fermented. The ground pile aerobic fermentation production process is adopted.
    When the temperature rises to 45-55℃, the turner is started to stir the entire fermentation material, forcibly improve the ventilation, adjust the temperature of the fermentation material, and use the heat generated during the turning and raw material fermentation process to evaporate excess water. Fermentation takes about 20 days under suitable conditions.
  3. Granulation, crushing and screening
    After the raw materials are composted, the moisture content is about 25%. The raw materials are sent to the screening machine by a belt conveyor for crushing, granulation and screening to obtain organic fertilizer products.
  4. Packaging and warehousing
    The organic fertilizer after crushing and screening is bagged and stored.

Drainage

The drainage of the project adopts the rain and sewage diversion system; rainwater is discharged into the surrounding ditches along the terrain through the rainwater ditch; therefore, no production wastewater is generated in the project area, and domestic sewage is used as agricultural fertilizer after being treated in the septic tank and is not discharged.

Power supply system

Supplied by the local power supply network, no generator is set up.

Heating and heating

The project does not use boilers, no coal, no canteen, and electricity is the main production energy.

Ventilation system

The project plant is ventilated to keep the workshop and warehouse well ventilated.

General layout

The entrance and exit of the organic fertilizer production plant in New Zealand project are located on the west side of the factory area. The factory area is clearly divided.

The office building is located on the west side of the factory area, and the factory building is located in the southeast. The factory area is surrounded by greenery. The layout of the factory building will follow the direction of the production line.

The office area and the production area are clearly separated to ensure that the project production and the employees' office work do not affect each other. The entire factory building has a compact layout and smooth traffic outside the building to ensure that the flow of people and goods does not interfere with each other.

From the perspective of the impact of waste gas environment, the odorous waste gas of the project is deodorized by spraying microbial agents, which has little impact on the surrounding area; the generated dust is collected by the air hood and then treated by the bag dust collector and then discharged by the 15-meter high exhaust pipe to meet the standards.

From the perspective of the impact of noise on the environment, the project production area and the office and living area are arranged separately, which can reduce the noise impact of the operation noise of various power machinery and equipment in the production and processing area on the employees in the office area.
