Process design of Japanese organic fertilizer project

  1. Crushing: crush agricultural waste, crop straw, wood shavings, etc. with a crusher in the crushing workshop.
  2. Mix pig manure, agricultural waste, crop straw, wood shavings, herbaceous plants and biological inoculants in a certain ratio and pile them in strips.
  3. Turn the pile once every 48-72 hours after composting, sprinkle biological inoculants on the surface of the pile after turning the pile, and turn the pile every 1-3 days thereafter. The first fermentation time starts from the beginning of the pile and lasts for 7-12 days.
  4. Transfer the products that have completed the first fermentation into the storage bin, carry out secondary fermentation and water evaporation on the hot kang, turn the pile every 3-5 days, and screen them after 15 days of composting to make powdered organic fertilizer products.
  5. After the second fermentation, the material is fed into the grading screen through the conveyor belt for product screening (Φ5.0 mm). The fine material after screening is made into powdered organic fertilizer (≤5.0 mm). The coarse material after screening (>5.0 mm) is returned to the composting process.
  6. The screened material is sent to the raw material bin through the belt conveyor, mixed by the mixer, and then sent to the organic fertilizer granulator machine for granulation. Since the material contains 30% moisture during granulation.
  7. The granules are sent to the high-efficiency energy-saving dryer through the belt conveyor for drying. After drying, they are packaged and stored in the finished product factory warehouse.
