  The labor quota of this project is 20 people, all of whom are villagers from nearby areas. The enterprise does not provide food and accommodation. The per capita fresh water demand is 40L/d, and the daily water consumption of employees is 0.8m3/d (280m3/a).

The total fresh water consumption of this project is 1360m3/a, which is supplied by local areas. The water quality and quantity can meet the needs of this project.

Drainage

   At the same time, fresh water is injected into the mixer according to the proportion, and the materials and water are mixed evenly by the mixer. The feeding process of the mixer is closed throughout, and no exhaust gas escapes during the feeding process.
3. Granulation
   The mixed materials are transported to the cat litter pellet machine through a closed elevator. The pellet machine is a fully closed device with no exhaust gas. The materials are squeezed in the pellet machine and the segmented products are cut out by the ring hole.
4. Drying and cooling
   The granulated products are passed through a belt dryer to remove moisture. The drying temperature is about 60℃. The drying process is electrically heated. The temperature of the dried products is relatively high.

5. Screening

6. Packaging and sales
   Qualified products fall into the packaging machine by gravity for bagging and packaging. After packaging, the products are temporarily stored in the finished product area, waiting for sales.

   After the material enters the extrusion chamber, it is matured by high temperature and high pressure, and the material that meets the specifications is produced by adjusting the gap between the cutter and the template.
5. Cooling
   The temperature of the extruded product is high, and it falls naturally by gravity to the cooling bin for air cooling. The material is evenly and fully cooled in the cooling bin, becomes firm, and further reduces moisture.
6. Packaging and warehousing
   The cooled product falls by gravity into the packaging machine for bagging and packaging. The packaged products are temporarily stored in the finished product area, waiting to be sold.
