Process design of 1-2 t/h tofu cat litter production line in Belarus

Process flow description:

1. Crushing: The purchased raw materials that need to be crushed (mainly straw, etc.) are put into the crusher for crushing processing to obtain raw materials with a size of 1cm~2cm.
2. Grinding: Put the purchased straw particles that do not require crushing or the crushed raw materials (mainly straw, etc.) and montmorillonite into the grinding mill in a certain proportion for grinding.
3. Stirring: Put the purchased polyacrylamide (granular) and tap water into the mixer in proportion and stir. The stirred solution is transported to the granulator through a pipeline through a high-pressure pump.
4. Granulation: Before the ground materials in this project are put into the granulator, the aqueous solution of polyacrylamide is sprayed in the cat litter pelletizer, and then the ground raw and auxiliary materials are put into the granulator for granulation. The purpose of polyacrylamide is mainly to promote the adhesion of raw materials.
5. Drying: The granulated materials in this project need to be dried at a temperature of 80~120℃. The dried product still contains 10~15% moisture. This project uses a biomass drying oven.
6. Screening: After the dried products of the project are selected by the screening machine, they are stored in different sizes.
7. Warehousing: The screened products can be vacuum packed separately according to different specifications (5kg/10kg/25kg).

Project layout

Floor plan: The crusher of this 1-2 t/h tofu cat litter production line in Belarus project is located on the south side of the production workshop, the granulator is located on the northwest side of the production workshop, and the drying furnace is located on the east side of the production workshop.

The raw materials and finished product warehouses of the project are divided in the production workshop respectively.
