This 10-12 t/h cat litter production line in Italy expansion project rents the completed factory building for production, mainly adding equipment, without civil construction, and the construction period is only the installation of production equipment.
This project processes a total of 3 types of pellet products, and the production processes are different. The following is an introduction to the process design and flow of the three pellet production lines:
The cat litter production process mainly uses purchased finished bentonite as raw material. After being granulated by a granulator, it is directly transported to a drum dryer for drying. After drying, it is screened and finally packaged and stored in the warehouse.
According to engineering analysis, no productive wastewater is generated during the 10-12 t/h cat litter production line in Italy project production process. The ratio of project water and raw materials is 0.1:1.
The project plant cat litter raw material consumption is 20,000t/a, and the purification agent raw material consumption is 10,000t/a. Then 3,000t water is needed to prepare the raw materials. This part of the water will be at high temperature during drying. evaporation.
In this expansion, the water curtain dust collector in the granulation process of the existing 10-12 t/h cat litter production line in Italy project will be changed to a bag dust collector. The generated dust will be discharged using a gas collection hood + bag dust collector + 15m exhaust pipe (1#), and a gas collection with enclosure will be used.
The collection efficiency is 95%, the bag dust collector dust removal efficiency is 98%, and the exhaust volume is 5000m3/h. After the expansion is completed, the amount of dust generated by the bentonite cat litter granulation process is 1.684 t/a. After being collected by the air collection hood, the amount of organized dust generated is 1.6t/a.
The generation efficiency is 0.667kg/h, and the generated concentration is 133.4mg/ m3, the organized emission amount of dust after being treated by bag dust collector is 0.032t/a, the emission rate is 0.013kg/h, and the emission concentration is 2.667mg/m3. The unorganized emission is 0.084t/a, and the emission rate is 0.035kg/h. Able to meet emission limits.
Through sound insulation of vibration-reducing and sound-insulating buildings and distance attenuation of factory boundary noise, the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises at Factory Boundaries" can be achieved.
There is no need to take special prevention and control measures for noise. Through basic vibration reduction, vehicle sound insulation, distance attenuation, etc., the factory boundary noise emission can be achieved to meet the standards.
The solid waste generated during the production and operation of this 10-12 t/h cat litter production line in Italy project is mainly dust collected by bag dust collectors, waste packaging materials and domestic garbage generated in employees' lives. All solid waste in this project will be properly disposed of, and the discharge of solid waste will be zero.
To sum up: all types of pollutants generated during the operation of this project can be discharged up to standards and comprehensively utilized after taking corresponding prevention and control measures.
