Brief description of process flow:

The purchased pea fiber, corn starch, etc. are weighed and proportioned according to the product ratio, and are manually fed into the sealed warehouse. The materials are sealed and conveyed to the sealed mixer through the stainless steel auger. The mixer uses the automatic water supply device to fill the water and mix it evenly. The raw materials of the project will contain a certain amount of moisture due to moisture. Fresh water also needs to be added during the material mixing process. The annual fresh water requirement is about 100t/a.

However, the project products have certain requirements for moisture content, so the granulated products need to be processed In the drying process, the drying temperature is set at about 65°C. The moisture contained in each material will evaporate to form water vapor. The hot steam rises to the reserved pipe of the dryer and is discharged at high altitude through the 15m high exhaust tube (2#).
