→When your raw materials include not only alfalfa but also grains, other grasses, agricultural products or other organic materials, in order to ensure the uniformity of pellet quality, you need to add a mixer or even a batching system to the process.
→The prepared material is sent to the alfalfa pellet making machine through the conveyor for granulation. The pelleting process is the process of compressing materials into granules for easier storage and transportation. This link is a key step in the entire process and requires precise control of the size and quality of the alfalfa pellets.
→After the granulation is completed, we use a conveyor belt to send the high-temperature granules into the cooling machine for cooling treatment.
