Fermentation System

Batching & Mixing System

Cooling system

The dried organic fertilizer pellets are sent to the cooler. Under the action of the cooler, the organic fertilizer pellets exchange heat with the cold air sucked into the cooler and are cooled to close to normal temperature, further increasing the particle strength and reducing moisture. Cooler is used for cooling fertilizer to make fertilizer pellets stronger.

Screening System

There is still powdery material in the cooled organic fertilizer pellets. Use a sieve machine to screen out all the fine powder and large particles. The fine powder is directly returned to the mixer through the return belt conveyor and mixed with the raw materials to participate in the granulation process again.

The large particles are crushed. Finally, it is returned to the mixer with the fine powder through the same return belt conveyor. This forms a complete production cycle, and the quasi-finished products enter the packaging process. Screening machine is used to separate the granules from the large pellets which need to be returned for the second crushing and granulating.

Coating System(Optional)

Packing System

  3. pH value:
    During the composting process, the Ph value of the material will change with the different fermentation stages, but it has the ability to adjust itself. Ph value between 5 and 8 has no effect on compost. If it deviates from this range, the materials must be adjusted, such as blending into finished compost. The Ph value at the end of composting is almost always around 8.5.
  4. C/N ratio:
    Generally controlled at around 25. If it is not suitable, other materials should be added for adjustment.
