The new build 2t/h biomass pellet plant project's raw materials are wood shavings, sawdust, rice straw, wood scraps, wooden blocks, wooden boards, wooden strips, wood chips, etc. The raw materials are crushed into Ø3 ~ 8mm particles with a widely used good quality wood chipper shredder.
(Raw materials that do not meet the conditions of the shredder must first enter the slicer for the first crushing.)
The particle size of the first crushed raw material is still large, and it is not easy to granulate by pelletizing machine for biomass. Use a wood hammer mill for wood chips to further crush it to make it easier to process.
A small part of the raw materials need to be dried naturally due to their high moisture content. (Due to the customer's large biomass pellet plant area, and in order to save biomass fuel making machinery costs, the customer adopts natural drying and does not equiped a dryer)
Put the crushed raw materials into the biomass wood pellet machine. Driven by the motor, the propeller rotates at a high speed, and the raw materials are brought into the biomass wood pellets machine's forming cylinder with its own ring die.
The forming biomass pellets is heated by the heating ring to make the raw material's lignin component softened, the bonding ability is enhanced, coupled with the high-strength extrusion of the biomass pelleting machine's die and roller, and finally a high-density, high-hardness molded pellet from biomass is obtained.
Products that have passed the inspection are put into the warehouse and are waiting for shipment.
