Main raw and auxiliary materials and consumption

The 6-7t/h organic fertilizer production project mixes raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, domestic sewage treatment plant sludge, plant straw, and cakes to ferment to produce organic fertilizer. Among them, the sludge from the domestic sewage treatment plant is only used for the production of garden fertilizers.

Water balance

The water used in the 6-7t/h organic fertilizer manufacturing project is mainly domestic water, the domestic water consumption is 0.9t/d, 270t/a, and the domestic sewage generation is 0.7t/d, 210t/a. The domestic sewage is treated in the septic tank and used for fertilization in the surrounding farmland and forests, and is not discharged.

In the 6-7t/h new build organic fertilizer factory actual construction process, in order to make better use of the site, the original layout of the two raw material warehouses was merged into one, which was set on the west side of the organic fertilizer factory project, and the rest remained unchanged.

Environmental impact changes after the layout adjustment: the organic fertilizer factory project's malodorous gas is mainly generated in the compost fermentation workshop. The organic fertilizer pellet factory project fermentation workshop has not changed, and the distance from the nearest residents is about 80m. Therefore, the impact of the 6-7 ton per hour complete organic fertilizer production factory project layout adjustment on the surrounding residents remains unchanged.

Why process organic fertilizer pellets instead of inorganic fertilizer in fertilizer factory? 

In order to promote the vigorous growth of plants, nutrients are provided by organic or inorganic fertilizers or sometimes a combination of two materials. Plants absorb nutrients from the soil, and it is not known whether it comes from organic fertilizers or inorganic fertilizers. It is recommended to conduct a soil test to determine the nutrient requirements in the soil. Soil testing helps determine which nutrients and quantities are needed.

Soil nutrients vary depending on the soil conditions, the type of plants previously planted, and the fertilizers previously used. There is a common misunderstanding that organic fertilizers are safer and more environmentally friendly than inorganic fertilizers. Improper use of organic fertilizers may also cause pollution of the soil surface and groundwater. Organic and inorganic fertilizers, if used properly, are safe for plants and the environment.

Different types of organic fertilizers release different NPK ratios in the soil, such as cow manure (2.5:1:1.5), blood meal (12:1.5:0.5), bone meal (4:20:0), earthworm compost (2 :1) :1), poultry manure (3.5:1.5:1.5), etc. According to the types of crops to be planted, organic fertilizers need to be applied appropriately; even if any organic fertilizers can be used.

Inorganic fertilizers have a high salt content; over time, the soil becomes acidic, which burns plants and keeps beneficial earthworms away. In a period of time, inorganic fertilizers will reduce soil quality, while organic fertilizer pellets will maintain soil quality.

4. Magnesium (Mg): For plants grown in soil with insufficient magnesium, the leaves will turn yellow from the veins. It helps the growth of leaves.
