Project layout

3. Crushing:
   The dried bamboo material is crushed by a coarse crusher to obtain a semi-finished bamboo powder with a particle size of less than 40 mesh, or a diameter of 2 mm and a length of more than 3.0 mm.
4. Grinding:
   Grinding is to convey the crushed bamboo powder semi-finished product to the grinder through the conveying and feeding seal to obtain 40-2000 mesh dry bamboo powder.
5. Screening:
   The ground bamboo powder is conveyed to the powder selector through the conveying and feeding seal to be screened to obtain 40-1000 mesh bamboo powder. Unqualified products are conveyed to the biomass pellet machine through the conveying and feeding seal for granulation, and qualified products enter the packaging process.
6. Packaging:
   The screened bamboo powder is manually packed into packaging bags with a specification of 40kg/bag. After bagging, it is uniformly stored in the warehouse for sale. The packaging area is closed for operation.

Brief description of bamboo bio-granule process flow:

1. Granulation:
   The screened bamboo material is transported to the feed port of the biomass pellet machine through a conveyor feeder, and falls vertically from the feed port onto the upper surface of the bamboo pelletizer frame plate. After the frame plate rotates, the material is continuously and evenly distributed on the inner cavity surface of the mold (the contact surface between the pressure roller and the mold). Under the rolling of the pressure roller, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold (the through holes evenly distributed on the inner surface of the mold).
   During this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, which causes the powder particles to form a cylindrical solid body that continues to lengthen. This cylindrical solid body continues to lengthen until it is cut by the cutter around the uniform mold, forming bamboo biomass pellets.
   The pellets scattered around the mold are concentrated to the discharge port by the curved puller teeth, and the pellets fall automatically under the action of gravity. At this point, the pressing process of the pellets is completed.
2. Cooling & screening:
   The formed bamboo pellets are inspected and screened after natural cooling. Unqualified products enter the bamboo pellet mill for re-granulation, and qualified products enter the packaging process. This biomass pellet plant project does not add binders during the granulation process, and the bamboo pellets are sealed.
3. Packaging:
   The formed biomass bamboo pellets are weighed and bagged, with a specification of 40kg/bag. After bagging, they are uniformly stored and sold. Because the formed pellets are large, the packaging basically does not generate dust.
