The amount of domestic wastewater generated is calculated as 80% of the water consumption, and the amount of domestic wastewater generated is 0.12m3/d, mainly washing wastewater. The amount of wastewater generated is small and is directly used for spraying and dust suppression in the factory area.

Power supply

The electricity used in this project is connected to the local power supply network, and the power and voltage can meet the power demand of this project.

Process design

The biomass straw pellet plant in Algeria project is purchased by a fully enclosed transport vehicle covered with tarpaulin and transported to the factory area. It is crushed by a crusher. The crushed straw foam enters the raw material warehouse for storage through negative pressure suction.

The raw materials are transported to the biomass pellet machine by a fully enclosed screw for extrusion molding. The molded pellets are transported to the finished product silo for temporary storage through a fully enclosed conveyor belt. After the pellets are naturally cooled, they are manually packaged in tons of bags and wait for external sales.
