Environmental Protection Project Waste Gas The dust generated by the cyclone collecting dust and granulation process of this project is treated by their own dust collectors, and then discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe together with the crushing dust collected by the air collection hood, belt conveyor dust, feeding dust and crushing dust.
Wastewater The rainwater and sewage diversion system is adopted, and the domestic sewage is treated in the septic tank and then transported for composting.
Noise Sound insulation and vibration reduction measures are taken for the equipment, and the transportation vehicle facilities are strictly managed.
Solid Waste Domestic waste is transported out by the sanitation department for treatment; the dust collected by the dust removal system is collected and reused in production.

The raw materials are mainly dry biomass, a few of which contain a small proportion of moisture (about 5%). The transported materials are stored in the raw material area for a short time before being put into production. There is no fermentation process in the production process, so no gases such as hydrogen sulfide are produced. Straw, waste wood, etc. are greatly affected by the season.

Therefore, in the rainy season in summer, it is necessary to keep the materials dry during the storage process, harden the ground, strengthen the airtightness between the raw materials to maintain the dryness of the raw materials, and ensure the compliance of the subsequent process production.

  1. Chipping process
    Waste straw and waste wood are crushed into smaller blocks by the wood chipper machine.
  2. Belt conveying process
    The crushed materials need to be conveyed by belts, and finally the materials will fall to the ground.
  3. Feeding
    The materials that fall to the ground are fed into the feed port by a forklift and transported to the crusher by belts.
  4. Crushing process
    The materials are crushed by the crusher. The crushing process is a negative pressure operation, and a certain amount of dust is generated at the entrance of the crusher.
  5. Cyclone collecting process
    The crushed materials enter the cyclone collecting machine through a fully enclosed pipeline. The cyclone collecting machine spins up the materials and separates and collects them by gravity. The dust contained in the materials enters the dust collector of the equipment through the pipeline.
    The materials collected by the cyclone collecting machine are transported to the fully enclosed silo through a fully enclosed screw conveyor. No dust is generated during the transportation process.
  6. Granulation process
    The branches, crop straw and sawdust after the previous processing are granulated by a biomass pellet machine. The branches, crop straw and sawdust used in the project contain a certain amount of lignin and cellulose. Lignin is a structural monomer in the material and a high molecular compound. It has the function of strengthening cell walls and bonding cellulose. Lignin is a non-crystalline material.
    The main part is insoluble in any solvent at room temperature. It has no melting point but a softening point. When the temperature reaches 50°C, the lignin softens and the bonding force increases. Under a certain pressure, the cellulose molecular clusters are dislocated, deformed, and extended. The adjacent biomass particles inside are interlocked, recombined and pressed into biomass pellets.
  7. Cooling
    The biomass pellets discharged from the wood straw biomass pellet mill machine are sent to the finished product warehouse through a conveyor belt. During the transportation process, the biomass pellet fuel is naturally cooled.
  8. Packaging and storage
    The cooled biomass fuel pellets are manually weighed and packaged according to the specified weight to become finished products and are stored for sale.

Water supply and drainage

The water used in this project is provided by the tap water network, which can meet the needs of production and life. This project does not use water during the production process, and mainly uses domestic water.

The domestic water consumption is calculated at 50L/person·d, and the domestic water consumption is 0.3m3/d. The annual production is 300 days, and the annual water consumption is 90m3/a.

Drainage

Drainage adopts the rain and sewage diversion system, and rainwater is collected separately and discharged.

The domestic sewage discharge coefficient of this project is calculated as 80%, and the production volume is 0.24m3/d (72m3/a). The domestic sewage is treated in the septic tank and then transported for composting.

Fire protection

In the general design, it is necessary to reasonably layout according to the requirements of relevant technical specifications to ensure the safe distance between the buildings.

At the same time, fire passages are set around the main production buildings to ensure that fire trucks can pass unimpeded and carry out safe rescue in time. A certain number of dry powder fire extinguishers are installed in the building.

Power supply

The power consumption of this 8t/h crop straw pellet production line in Pakistan project is 200,000 kW·h, and the power supply is connected by the nearby power supply line, which can meet the demand.
