OVERVIEW

The customer is a Russian paper mill with a large amount of straw raw materials around. According to market research, the customer decided to invest 370,000 US dollars to build a 45,000 tons of biomass 6-6.5t/h straw pellet production line in Russia project annually. It mainly uses the collected surrounding straw raw materials to press straw pellets. This is also the 20th Russian pellet processing project undertaken by RICHI.

Construction content and production scale

This 6-6.5t/h straw pellet production line in Russia project covers an area of 7337m2 (about 11 acres) and a total construction area of 7300m2. It mainly builds 1 drying yard, 3 production workshops, 1 office building, guard room, power distribution room, employee shift dormitory and other supporting facilities. Purchase biomass straw pellet machine, double screw auger, crusher and other production equipment for production.

After the agri biomass pellet plant project is completed and put into production, it can reach an annual production capacity of 45,000 tons of biomass energy pellet fuel. The construction composition of this project is detailed in the table below:

Waste gas treatment Crushing dust treatment: The project sets up a set of centralized bag dust collector, and collects dust through branch pipes connected to the generating equipment. 9 sets of branch pipes are set up, which are connected to the upper end of a crusher and 8 biomass straw pellet machines respectively. The dust is connected to the main pipe through the branch pipe and enters the bag dust collector. After treatment, it is discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe; the fan air volume is about 15,000m3/h, and a closed production workshop is set up, and the dust-generating equipment is installed in the closed production workshop;
Canteen fume treatment: The fume is collected by installing a gas hood on the upper end of the stove, and the fume is treated by the fume purifier and meets the emission standards.

Water supply

The water consumption of this 6-6.5t/h straw pellet production line in Russia project is 2415m3/a. The water source of this project comes from the local municipal water supply network, which is mainly used as a water source for production, life and fire emergency, and can fully meet the requirements of this project.

Drainage

The drainage system of the factory area adopts a rainwater and sewage diversion system. Rainwater is discharged into the municipal engineering rainwater network nearby. This project does not generate production wastewater.

The wastewater is mainly domestic sewage of employees and canteen wastewater. The canteen wastewater generated by the project is pre-treated in the grease trap and discharged into the underground sewage treatment facility together with domestic sewage for treatment.

The treatment meets the "Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard" and finally enters the local river. The drainage volume of this project is 1932m3/a.

Power supply

The electricity used in this 6-6.5t/h straw pellet production line in Russia project is supplied by the local substation, which outputs 380V production power and 220V office and life electricity.

The fire protection design of the building of this project is based on the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings".

Process design

The biomass pellet fuel of this 6-6.5t/h straw pellet production line in Russia project uses various crop straws, husks, etc. as raw materials. The production process consists of raw material crushing, granulation, cooling, etc. At the same time, each part is equipped with a strict quality monitoring system to ensure the quality of the product.

Process description:

  1. Raw materials
    The raw materials of this 6-6.5t/h straw pellet production line in Russia project come from wheat straw, soybean straw, corn stalks, etc. in the surrounding rural areas. The purchased baled straw is transported to the factory area and temporarily stored in the raw material warehouse in the project area.
    The purchased bundled straw is sent to the workshop warehouse by loaders, forklifts, etc., and manually loaded and unloaded to the conveyor. The straw conveyor adopts a closed structure. Some raw materials with higher moisture content will be dried in the drying yard before use.
  2. Crushing
    Wheat straw and corn stalks are crushed by a crusher. They can be granulated only after crushing. The raw materials after crushing are less than 5mm.
  3. Pellet forming
    The biomass pellet fuel forming machine is a key equipment of the biomass pellet production line. The biomass fuel pellet machine can be used for different raw materials such as rice and wheat straw, sawdust, corn straw, bean straw, cotton straw and peanut shells, and the equipment runs stably.
    The density of the processed pellet fuel can reach 0.7-1.4 tons/cubic meter. The crushed material is sent to the elevator receiving hopper through a conveyor, and the material is sent to the feeder on the top of the straw pellet making machine through a bucket elevator. The feeder evenly sends the material to the pelletizer, and the surface of the pellets produced is smooth and the hardness is moderate.
    Friction between the material and the roller and the template in the pelletizer can generate a lot of heat, which can heat the material to about 80-110℃, soften the lignin, and sterilize it.
  4. Cooling
    When the pelletizing and molding material is discharged, the temperature of the biomass pellet fuel is as high as 80-90℃, the structure is relatively loose, and it is easy to break. It must be cooled by the air cooling system and cooled to room temperature before it can be bagged and stored.
    It is sent to the cooler for cooling through the belt conveyor. The moving chain plate drives the particles to move. There is an air inlet at the bottom and a fan at the top. The cooling is completed after 2-3 minutes. The sealing process is completed inside the pellet machine. The pellet machine is closed and does not produce dust.
  5. Packaging and storage
    This design uses a packaging conveyor for metering and belt packaging, and sends it to the finished product warehouse.
