Based on the customer's raw materials, factory conditions and investment budget, the pelleting process we designed for this wood bamboo pellet production line in Myanmar project is as follows:

Design of bamboo wood pellet production line process flow:

1. The raw and auxiliary materials of the biomass pellet mill plant project are mainly waste scraps generated during bamboo and wood processing, which are conveyed by belts to the crusher for crushing;
2. The crushed scraps are sent to the dryer by conveyor belts for drying. The drying heat source is burned by the biomass boiler through the heat exchanger (sharing a set of biomass boilers) and connected to another pipeline for moisture drying;
3. The dried scraps are then extruded and granulated by a biomass pellet machine. The extruded materials are cut into cylindrical pellets at the exit of the pellet machine. The whole process is physical extrusion molding without adding any binder.
4. The finished products coming out of the discharge port are naturally cooled and stored for sale.

The pellets will be sold in bulk, so the wood bamboo pellet production line in Myanmar project does not have a packaging machine. In addition, since the customer has a lot of open space and in order to save budget, the bamboo pellets processed by this project will be cooled naturally without a pellet cooler.

The purchased bamboo or wood is cut by a barrel cutter, and the sawed bamboo is broken into strips by a collision machine, and then pushed into the wire drawing machine to remove the excess burrs to form a semi-finished product with a size specification that meets the requirements and a smooth surface.

Finally, it is dried. The drying heat source is provided by the biomass boiler through the heat exchanger to provide heat, and the dried products are packaged and stored.

Plant layout design

This bamboo product processing project is divided into processing plant, raw material storage area, material warehouse, office area and living area. From west to east, the factory area has warehouses, raw material storage areas, production plants, employee canteens and dormitories.

The office area is located on the south side of the factory area, and the factory entrance and exit are located on the east side, close to the road outside the factory.

In summary, the general layout of this project is basically based on the needs of the production process, and the site conditions are reasonably utilized. The material flow is smooth and short, and the functional division is clear.
