The business scope of the company is: production and sales of paint-free doors, flame-retardant wood, finger-jointed, and biomass pellets; sales of decorative materials.

Due to the needs of enterprise development, the idle factory buildings are used to purchase sawing machines, cutting machines, planing machines, combing machines, jointing machines and other equipment for the production of related products. After the completion of the project, it will form an annual production capacity of 50,000 sets of paint-free doors, 5,000 m3 of flame-retardant wood, 10,000 m3 of finger joints, and 20,000 tons of biomass pellets.

In this project, RICHI Machinery only provides a full set of equipment for a 20,000-ton biomass pellet production line, with an investment of about US$450,000. The raw materials used in this project are all from the processing waste of its furniture factory, that is, wood scraps. When the scraps are insufficient, logs will be used directly. Therefore, according to customer needs, we also configure slicers for customers.

The labor quota of this 8t/h biomass wood pellet processing line in South Korea project is 10 people; there is no production at night; the annual production days are 300 days. This project only has an employee canteen and no dormitory.

Project construction content and construction scale

The wood pellets plant has a construction area of 2905m2. It will purchase sawing machines, cutters, planers, combing machines, jointing machines and other equipment to produce related products.

After the wood biomass pellet plant project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 50,000 sets of paint-free doors, 5,000 m3 of flame-retardant wood, 10,000 m3 of finger joints, and 20,000 tons of biomass pellets. Quality standards for wood pellets in South Korea

South Korea 8T/H Wood pellet plant process design

Brief description of wood pellets production process:

  1. After the raw materials arrive at the site, some of them need to be crushed, and then loaded by a loader and lifted into the silo (the pelletizing extrusion compression equipment can reach about 100℃-120℃, and its own high temperature can be used to remove moisture);
  2. The silo is equipped with a level meter to control the loading of the elevator to prevent the elevator from stopping after the silo is full;
  3. A drum screen (with a magnet inside) is set at the bottom of the silo. Because some wood chip raw materials contain iron tools such as iron nails, iron impurities are removed to ensure product quality.
  4. The working principle of the wood pellet mill is similar to that of the feed pellet machine, that is, the raw materials are added from the inside of the ring die (the moisture content of the raw materials is required to be preferably 11%-14%, and it is difficult to granulate if the moisture content is too large or too small), and the raw materials are rolled and extruded from the ring die to form granules. The extrusion pressure reaches 50-100MPa, and the raw materials are deformed and heated under high pressure.
  5. After being made into granules, they are lifted into the silo by a belt conveyor and cooled and screened by an air-cooled cooling unit
  6. After screening, the particles that do not meet the specifications are recovered and returned to the silo.
  7. Qualified pellets are loaded by bucket elevators to the silo to be packaged, packaged by computer quantitative packaging machines, and then stored and sold in warehouses.

The raw and auxiliary materials are wood chips and shavings, and no adhesives or additives are added during the production process.

The scraps, wood chips and dust collected by the central dust collection system during the paint-free door, flame-retardant wood and finger-jointing process are collected and reused in the production of biomass pellets.

After the domestic sewage is pre-treated in the septic tank and meets the "Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewers" together with other wastewater, it is discharged into the sewage treatment plant.
