Main raw and auxiliary materials and usage

This project is a biomass pellet production project. In order to ensure the calorific value of the product, only raw materials with high calorific value such as wood chips, wood, sawdust, and shavings are used, and straw and other raw materials are not used for production.

During the project operation period, in order to ensure product quality, no adhesives and additives are used in the production process, and the pelletizing process only relies on high temperature and high pressure of the equipment to form it. The raw materials used in this project do not contain toxic and harmful substances, and raw materials containing paint, ink, glue, hazardous waste, etc. are not used for production.

The raw materials used in the 6t/h biomass wood pellet production line in Turkey project are raw materials that have been preliminarily screened by suppliers, and do not contain paint, ink, toxic and harmful, glue and hazardous waste wood, wood, sawdust and other raw materials.

The project will produce biomass pellet fuel of the same specifications after slicing, crushing and pelletizing the purchased raw materials, and finally package and store them.

No adhesives and additives are used in the production process, and the pelletizing process only relies on high temperature and high pressure of the wood pellet mill equipment to form it. The raw materials used in the project have a low moisture content, and the raw materials are stored inside the factory, so there is no need to dry the products.

All processing techniques in the project area are completed in standard factory buildings, and the factory buildings in the project area are all closed factories. The raw material yard, processing area and finished product yard in the factory area have been hardened and fenced.

Brief description of the process flow

The biomass wood pellet plant in Turkey project mainly produces biomass pellet fuel. The purchased raw materials are sliced, crushed and granulated to obtain the product. The production process flow is briefly described as follows:

  1. Raw material transportation and storage
    The raw materials used in the production process of the project are mainly wood, wood, sawdust, etc. The raw materials have different shapes and generally have large particle sizes.
    The raw materials are transported to the factory by car and directly stored in the raw material storage area of the production workshop. The storage conditions are room temperature and dry environment.
  2. Impurity removal
    During the production process of the biomass wood pellet production line in Turkey project, a magnetic drum screen is installed at the bottom of the silo. Because some raw materials contain iron objects such as iron nails, impurities such as iron objects need to be removed to ensure product quality.
  3. Slicing
    The raw materials with larger particle sizes in the raw material storage area are poured into the feed bin of the slicer according to the process requirements. The feeder conveying system feeds the slicer. The raw materials with larger particle sizes are initially sliced into materials with smaller particle sizes and then directly conveyed to the crusher by belt.
    The production process only uses wood, wood, sawdust, etc. as raw materials, without adding any other auxiliary materials. The wood to be sliced is about 20,000 tons.
  4. Crushing
    This wood pellet production line in Turkey project has a total of 1 crusher. The sliced ​materials are fed into the crusher through conveying and feeding for physical and mechanical crushing. The crushed materials fall into the material pit through the discharge port.
  5. Granulation
    The materials are lifted to the wood pellet mill by the elevator. The pelletizing process is to ensure the molding. The main working parts of the wood biomass pellet machine are the die and the roller. The die wall is evenly distributed with die holes.
    The wood pellet machine and the biomass raw materials are squeezed and molded by physical pressure to obtain solid molded fuel with a certain shape and specifications. No additives or glue are used in the compression process, and no drying treatment is required after compression molding. This process uses electricity.
  6. Inspection
    After the wood pellets are made, they are transported into the warehouse by a belt conveyor and screened. After screening, the pellets that do not meet the specifications are recovered and returned to the silo for pelletizing again.
  7. Packaging and storage
    Qualified pellets are transported to the finished product silo by the conveyor belt, packaged after weighing, and stored in the finished product warehouse.

Turkey wood pellet line layout

The total area of the wood pellet production line in Turkey project is 1,300 m2, and the existing factory buildings are used for renovation. The layout of various buildings, structures, roads, etc. in the project area has been formed.

From the plan layout of the entire factory area, this project has a total of 1 entrance and exit, located on the north side of the project, close to the road outside the project area, which is convenient for the transportation of raw materials and products. The production workshop of this project is located on the east side of the factory building, and the office is located on the west side of the project area.

There is a certain distance between the production area and the office and living area, which is convenient for factory management without affecting the office and life of the staff.

The project area takes advantage of its geographical location to reasonably arrange the factory buildings, which are at a certain distance from the surrounding enterprises and have a reasonable layout.

The plan layout of the biomass pellet production line in Turkey project is unified and coordinated, with clear functional divisions; the layout of buildings and structures is reasonable, and the flow of people and goods is smooth and convenient.

Environmental protection

The environmental protection implemented in this wood pellet production line in Turkey project are as follows:

Waste Gas Treatment The dust from material transportation and loading and unloading processes is mostly settled in the plant after being subjected to dust suppression by spray, gravity and plant isolation; the dust from slicing, crushing and granulation is collected by a gas collection hood and then treated by a set of bag dust collectors (92%) before being discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe (DA001). The canteen fume is discharged through a gas collection hood, a fume purifier and an exhaust pipe 1.5m above the roof.
Waste Water Treatment The project implements a rainwater and sewage diversion system, and rainwater is discharged to the ditches around the project through rainwater pipes. The wastewater generated during the operation period of this project is mainly domestic wastewater. The canteen wastewater is treated in a grease trap (1, volume 0.5m3) and then treated in a septic tank (1, volume 5m3) together with the domestic wastewater. It enters an integrated sewage treatment station (1 set, treatment scale 3m³/d) and is temporarily stored in a clear water tank (1, volume 15m3) after treatment. It is reused for sprinkling water and dust reduction in the project production workshop and is not discharged.
Noise control All production equipment in the project area is placed in the factory building, and high-noise equipment is treated with foundation shock absorption and noise reduction.
Solid waste disposal measures A 5m2 hazardous waste temporary storage room is set up in the project area, and 2 special hazardous waste collection containers are equipped for collecting and temporarily storing hazardous waste. It is planned to use impermeable concrete + 3mm epoxy resin for anti-seepage, and the permeability coefficient K≤1.0×10-10cm/s.
Set up 5 mobile household garbage bins with covers, which are set up in various parts of the factory area for collecting household garbage, and 2 swill buckets.
