The 38 ton automatic poultry feed manufacturing plant project uses corn, wheat, soybean meal, etc. as raw materials, and the processing technology is processed into compound feed products after the raw materials receiving and removing section, crushing section, ingredient mixing section, pelletizing section, cooling section and finished product packaging section.
Corn, meal and other raw materials are manually fed into the cleaning grid, and the material is transported to the cylinder preliminary cleaning screen by the bucket elevator. The magnetic separator removes ferrous impurities in the material and enters the silo for temporary storage.
During poultry feed production, the granular raw materials are sent to the granular feed hopper through the scraper conveyor belt, and the bucket elevator transports the materials to the primary cleaning screen of the cylinder. The impurity and permanent magnet iron remover removes the ferrous impurities in the material and then enters the crushing bin to be used in the crushing bin.
The materials that do not need to be crushed (such as stone powder, calcium hydroxide, secondary powder, etc.) are lifted by a bucket elevator into the cone powder sieve to clean up the large impurities in the material, and remove the iron in the material from the permanent magnet cylinder, and then enter the rotary distributor to be distributed to the batching bin for later use.
The materials entering the crushing bin will be evenly fed into the hammer mill for poutry feed through the stone-removing impeller feeder. Under the combined action of fan, pulse dust collector and settling chamber, the materials that reach the screening condition are transported to the bucket elevator by the material sealing screw under the action of negative pressure, and the material is transported to the rotary distribution by the bucket elevator to the batching bin for use.
The materials entering the batching bin are transported to the batching weighing hopper by the batching auger. After the batching is completed, the pneumatic weighing door is opened and the materials are put into the poultry feed mixer; the small materials (core materials) are batched by manual or micro batching device, and then enter the poultry feed mixer after the batching is instructed. After the small ingredients are put in, the mixing time is 60S-90S, and the uniformity requirement of mixing is reached CV≤5%.
The mixed finished powder enters the buffer hopper, enters the permanent magnet drum through the scraper conveyor to remove ferrous impurities, and then enters the granulation section. The materials that need to be granulated enter the warehouse to be granulated, and the materials that do not need to be granulated enter the finished product warehouse to be packaged. If the material needs to be returned to the machine, it will be returned to the batching bin again for use.
The material that enters the pelletizing bin will be fed to the poultry feed pellet machine conditioner after opening the feeding auger. The material in the poultry feed pellet mill conditioner is passed into the steam conditioning and then enters the poultry feed pelletizer for granulation. The temperature of the pellet machine steam is relatively high. When it comes into contact with the material, the temperature of the material will be increased to a certain extent.
The pellet chamber mold is easier to form during extrusion, and after high temperature sterilization, the poultry feed pellets have a low bacterial rate, and the animal will not get sick after eating it, and it is easy to digest. After the poultry feed pellet machine steam comes into contact with the powder, the temperature will be lowered and the surface of the material will be moisturized.
In the process of making pellets with the poultry pellet feed processor, the output will be increased, and the pellets will be full and beautiful. The pellets pass through the air shutter and enter the pellet cooler, where they are cooled by air cooling. After the material is cooled by the pellet cooler, after granulation, the granules with large diameters must be crushed into small pellets according to the requirements of the chicken feed pellet size, and then enter the rotary grading sieve through the bucket elevator.
The materials that meet the requirements after sieving by the grading sieve enter the storage to be packed and wait for packaging. The large trash after screening is returned for crushing. The finished product is connected to the crumbler under the pellet cooler or out to the first floor, and the small trash passes through the tee. One side is connected to the granulating buffer bucket, and the one after the variety is changed is connected to the first floor for manual packaging.
The materials that enter the finished product warehouse, the materials that need to be screened are sieved by the vibrating screen, and then are packed in the packing scale. The materials that do not need to be screened are directly packed into the packing scale. The dust removal of the package scale is combined by the pulse dust collector and the fan.
The air compression system provides a stable air source for the dust collector and pneumatic components of the entire animal poultry feed processing plant.
