The 20,000-ton/year extrusion granulation organic fertilizer production plant reconstructed by this commercial fertilizers ltd project is located on the north side of the existing fertilizer manufacturing plant, and the 40,000-ton/year roller granulation organic fertilizer production plant is located on the south side of the extrusion granulation organic fertilizer production line.
Each organic fertilizer production unit is equipped with raw materials and finished products. Warehouses and production workshops are close to their respective warehouses for raw materials and finished products. The layout of the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project is simple and the functional divisions are clear.
After the completion of this organic fertilizer production plant project, there will be 1 drum granulation organic fertilizer production line and 1 extrusion granulation organic fertilizer production line in the fertilizer production plant area.
The drum granulation organic fertilizer production plant is rebuilt using existing production facilities. The production workshop is located on the south side of 1# raw material warehouse. After completion, it can produce 40,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year; the extrusion granulation organic fertilizer manufacturing plant is rebuilt using existing production facilities.
The production workshop is located on the north side of the existing organic fertilizer pellet plant area. After completion, it can produce 20,000 tons of organic fertilizer pellets per year. The specific organic fertilizer manufacturing process flow is as follows:
The water for the 8-12tph fertilizer production plant project is supplied by the existing water well in the fertilizer manufacturing plant, with a depth of 15 meters and a water output of 30m3/h, which can meet the water requirements of the organic fertilizer production plant.
The water used for the organic fertilizer production plant project is mainly domestic water, drum granulation water, mixing water, greening water, and road sprinkling.
The organic fertilizer production plant project has a labor force of 15 people, a canteen in the factory, and a domestic water quota of 50L/person•d. The domestic water consumption is 225m3/a (0.75m3/d), and the drainage coefficient is 0.8, then the domestic sewage discharge amount It is 180m3/a (0.6m3/d), which will be discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network after being treated in the grease trap, and finally into the Sewage Treatment Plant for treatment.

The green area of this organic fertilizer production plant project is 800m2, the greening water consumption is 2L/m2·d, and the annual greening days are 240 days, so the greening water consumption is 1.6m3/d (384m3/a).
The hardened road area in this organic fertilizer production plant project is 2000m2, and the water consumption is 2.5L/m2·d, so the road sprinkling water consumption is 5m3/d (1500m3/a).
The domestic sewage discharge volume of this organic fertilizer production plant project is 180m3/a (0.6m3/d). The domestic sewage is treated by the grease trap and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network, and finally enters the Wastewater Treatment Plant for treatment.
