Physical and chemical properties of main raw and auxiliary materials

  1. Humic acid: It is mainly a type of organic substance accumulated by the decomposition and transformation of the remains of plants by microorganisms and a series of chemical processes. It is a macromolecular organic acid composed of aromatics and various functional groups. It has good physiological activity and functions such as absorption, complexation, and exchange. It is widely found in soil, lakes, rivers, oceans, peat (also known as peat), lignite, and weathered coal.
    According to the classification of nature, it can be divided into three categories, namely, soil humic acid, water humic acid and coal humic acid. Humic acid in this organic fertilizer production plant project is soil humic acid. After verification, the humic acid, bacterial powder, vitamins and loess used in the project are purchased and decomposed finished materials, which are not fermented and decomposed on site, and the incoming materials are all packaged The bag is not in bulk, so there is no generation of malodorous gas.

Fertilizer manufacturing process design

  1. The raw materials used in this organic fertilizer production plant project are all in bags. After being transported to the organic manure production plant, the materials are unloaded and stacked in the raw material warehouse.
  2. Ingredients: Put humic acid, bacterial powder, vitamins, and loess separately into the trough of the electronic automatic metering ingredient scale for later use. According to the data entered into the computer in advance, each electronic weighing scale will put the weighed materials on the conveyor belt at an even speed and enter the roller organic fertilizer granulator.
    The batching system of the 8-12t/h fertilizer production plant project is placed underground and closed, and a feeding port is set on the ground.
  3. Drum granulation: After screening, the raw materials are sent to the drum organic fertilizer pellet machine through a belt conveyor for granulation. During the organic fertilizer granulation process, 0.5kg of tap water is added per ton of product.
  4. Drying: transfer the granulated semi-finished product to a drum dryer for organic fertilizer drying. The drying temperature at the inlet is about 150℃, and the temperature at the outlet is about 50-60℃; the drum dryer of this agriculture fertilizer company project is provided by a natural gas hot air stove.
    The heat is used for direct drying (the exhaust gas from the hot blast stove directly enters the tumble dryer), the agro fertilizer company project water consumption is very small, and the moisture in and out of the dryer does not change.
  5. Primary cooling: send the dried semi-finished product to the cooling cylinder (φ2m, length 15m) through a belt conveyor for natural cooling without introducing cold air.
  6. Screening: The semi-finished products after natural cooling are sent to the screening machine through the belt conveyor for screening, and the unqualified products in the screening process are sent to the organic fertilizer crusher and used as raw materials.
  7. Secondary cooling: The sieved semi-finished organic fertilizer products are sent to the cooling cylinder (φ2m, length 20m) through a belt conveyor for secondary cooling. The cooling process is natural cooling and no cold air is introduced.
  8. Finished product screening: The organic fertilizer products after secondary cooling enter the finished product sieving machine for screening, and the unqualified products enter the pulverizer to be crushed and used as raw materials.
  9. Coating, metering and packaging: The sieved organic fertilizer product is lifted to the coating machine by a bucket elevator for coating. The main component of the coating agent is a paste-like anti-caking agent.
    The coating agent is melted by heating and then wrapped in the surface of the product can effectively prevent agglomeration of the product. After wrapping, the finished product is lifted to the packaging machine by the bucket elevator for metering and packaging. The coating agent is heated and melted into oil by an electric heater.

  3. Granulation: The mixed raw materials are sent to the organic fertilizer pellet machine through a belt conveyor for granulation.
  4. Screening: After granulation by organic fertilizer pellet making machine, the raw materials are sent to the sieving machine through the belt conveyor for primary screening. After the first screening is completed, the unqualified ones will be returned to the organic fertilizer mixer for mixing, and the qualified ones will enter another sieving machine for secondary screening.
    The semi-finished organic fertilizer product after the secondary screening is sent to the finished product screening machine through the belt for three screenings.
  5. Measuring and packaging: The finished organic fertilizer product after screening is conveyed to the packaging machine through a belt for measurement and packaging.
